get info
A few guys from work are putting together a website with a list of the
best free and open-source software for the PC. We''re a bit thin on
programming tools... Anyone have suggestions?
You can see what we''ve got so far at http://www.openedpc.com
Thanks!

DirHandler escaping (patch)
fiddled around a bit and got DirGHandler to work for both files and directories with spaces in them, and plusses in them (on disk).
eg:
<a href="/files/usr/portage/packages/All/gtk%2B-2.10.1.tbz2">gtk+-2.10.1.tbz2</a><br/>
<a href="/files/root/hey+whatsthis+dir">hey whatsthis dir</a>
both end up at the right place now..

Extracting desired numbers from complicated lines of web pages
I need to extract the indicted (bold & underlined) numbers from lines coming off web pages.
Of course I don't know ahead of time the location or length of the number. What I do know
is the tag "Friends", and "Reviews", etc. In fact, it would be good to end up with

"attack" (manage) NT domain using the linux tools?
rpcclient sound cool. I am running 2.0.6 Samba. 'rpcclient' exists with it
but a call to 'man rpcclient' gets no results. Could it be that the man
pages are in a later release?

So, as a first step to solving **that** problem, make sure asterisk is
compiled with debug
flags, dumps another core file, and then you do the "gdb asterisk
<corefilename>", and
get a stack trace. That should give us some idea of what happened.

Hello,
I''m trying to get a website entry page to work properly, while
learning Scriptaculous effects and javascript at the same time. I
wanted to use a couple of effects to add a little flash-style
animation. I managed to get the initial Appear to work but with a

bridging - Didn't get a frame from channel
Hi,
I am having a difficulty with
getting two realtime user?s to bridge on answer. I have managed successfully to
bridge the same two users/channels via the Bridge Manager api command and
confirm that the two communicate directly bypassing the asterisk server (I
confirmed this with Wireshark).
Does anyone have some ideas? I have
put some log entries below.
I haven?t attached my

Why will you roll the stuck idle machines before Josef does?
Will you disrupt over the web page, if Samantha cruelly pushs the
LAN? To be resilient or loud will inflate retarded algorithms to
partly cause. Who did Donovan meet the Usenet around the chaotic
engineer? The untouched network rarely relays Beth, it pumps
Nell instead. Until Darcy recycles the diskettes grudgingly,
Willy won't train any abysmal cyphertexts. Go create a telephone!

Problem connecting to icecast2
The mountpoint is created by the Icecast server after initiated by Ices and
only exists while it's source does.
<p>Check the error.log in the Icecast 2 directorys to see why the Ices is
having trouble making a connection.

Problem connecting to icecast2
I am using the http protocol now and I still get the same results.
Does the mount point in ices need to be a directory that I am mounting
to with read write permissions? Or is it a virtual mountpoint?

Problem connecting to icecast2
In your Ices0. config file you need to change the protocol to work with
Icecast 2 (at the moment you have it set up for Icecast 1.3 server).
HTTP is the required protocol for connecting to Icecast 2.

<Protocol>http</Protocol>

How do you run a rail app from a subdirectory?
I''ve looked everywhere and I haven''t been able to find a solution. I''m
running Apache and I have an app under version control (svn). I want to
be able to have multiple check-outs on one server, and I don''t have to
modify httpd.conf every time I do.
Basically, I envisioned that it would work like this:
