Error in documentation for ?legend
To whom it may concern:
The help page for ?legend refers to a `title.cex` parameter, which suggests that the function has such a parameter. As far as I can tell, though, it doesn't; here's an example:
> plot(1,1)
> legend("topright",pch=1, legend="something", title="my legend", title.cex=2)

Sata and R users GLM methods translation
Hello,
I am learning R and I am fluent in Stata and I try to translate part of my
Stata code to R to check the reliability of the data under R. I have a
proportion variable as a dependent variable pQSfteHT . Independent variables
are dummies for two categorical variables called dQSvacrateHTQuali3 and
cluster_3. I am fitting a model with the Stata command below:
glm pQSfteHT dQSvacrateHTQuali3_2

Error in documentation for ?legend
Right, that's my point. The help page mentions a `title.cex`, like I said; saying that `cex` sets the default `title.cex` sure implies to me (and presumably to the other people whose discussion I linked) that a `title.cex` parameter exists. Since no such parameter exists, this bit in the documentation is misleading (suggesting that there is a `title.cex` parameter which can be set, when there

Threaded logging?
Is the logging system thread-safe? I have a process that takes about 5
hours, and twice, it has stopped, giving me no errors at all... but the
process hasnt been finished... The second time, I loaded the status
page, and it gave me a 500 error, at the same time the process stopped.
I have a sneaking suspicion that the cause is two processes trying to
write to the log-file at the same

Re: How about this replacement of WINE.
I got through with reactos.org using proxy.org!
however, silly ISP won't offer support still... I'm going to give them a piece of mind soon...

No it does not. All arguments are listed and documented, none of them is title.cex, and there's no

1.4 release series
The wiki roadmap page (http://trac.xapian.org/wiki/RoadMap) suggests
we aim to start a new stable release series every one to two years.
However, we're not doing a good job of implementing that - in fact we're
just about to hit 5.5 years since 1.2.0 was released.
And that's really much too long - we've built up a pile of nice new
features which it's hard for most people to

Python 2 compatibility for utility scripts
It sounds like you ran into a bug in the test infrastructure's code to
determine if python3 is supported. Fixing that might be harder, but it only
needs to be fixed once no matter how much more python3 development there
will be.
Right now, most of our scripts were originally written for python 2, so
certainly it's easy for them to support python 2. But, it was a lot of work

[LLVMdev] Proposal: add Go frontend subproject based on llgo
Hi all,
I'd like to propose the contribution of a Go frontend subproject to the LLVM
project, based on the existing llgo project at https://github.com/go-llvm/llgo .
As with the previous contribution of the Go bindings, I have obtained
permission from all llgo contributors whose code is part of this contribution,
to contribute their changes to the LLVM project and relicense their changes

Python 2 compatibility for utility scripts
I define "critical" as: anything which is required to build or test any
components which are part of a release. The intent being that we DO
continue to support python 2 for building llvm, and for end-users of llvm,
for now.
However, developers of LLVM can be assumed to be able to install python3 if
they want to be able to run these various optional, auxiliary, scripts.
