[PATCH 3/3] drm/nouveau: Skip vga_fini on non-PCI device
As with vga_init, this function doesn't make sense on non-PCI devices,
and the Thunderbolt check in it dereferences a NULL pointer in that
case. Add some code to skip this function when the device is not a PCI
device.

[PATCH RFC 2/9] console: prepare for non-COMn port support
Widen SERHND_IDX (and use it where needed), introduce a flush low level
driver method, and remove unnecessary peeking of the common code at the
(driver specific) serial port identification string in the "console="
command line option value.

[PATCH 1/3] drm/nouveau/tegra: Skip manual unpowergating when not necessary
On Tegra186, powergating is handled by the BPMP power domain provider
and the "legacy" powergating API is not available. Therefore skip
these calls if we are attached to a power domain.

[PATCH] ioemu/qemu vga: save and restore vram buffer
The existing stdvga driver from xen-unstable tools/ioemu/hw/vga* does
not save the emulated VGA memory contents. The symptoms include video
malfunction after restore, including black screen (which can often be
fixed by asking the guest to redraw) but also missing font setup etc.
The attached patch fixes this by saving the entire VGA memory buffer,
just like the Xen ioemu Cirrus emulator does.

Why do constant SD nodes not set the IROrder?
Specifically I would like to understand why ConstantSDNode and ConstantFPSDNode do not set the IR ordering like most other SDNode-s. These constant SD nodes also previously did not set the debugloc, but that got enabled (here: http://llvm.org/viewvc/llvm-project?view=revision&revision=237237).
These constant SD nodes hard-code the order to 0. Is this intentional, or just something that has

[PATCHv2 1/2] Xen PV backend (for qemu-upstream-4.2-testing): Move call to bdrv_new from blk_init to blk_connect
This commit delays the point at which bdrv_new (and hence blk_open
on the underlying device) is called from blk_init to blk_connect.
This ensures that in an inbound live migrate, the block device is
not opened until it has been closed at the other end. This is in
preparation for supporting devices with open/close consistency
without using O_DIRECT. This commit does NOT itself change O_DIRECT

[PATCH nbdkit] server: Pass the export name through filter .open calls.
To allow filters to modify the export name as it passes through the
layers this commit makes several changes:
The filter .open callback now takes an extra parameter, the export
name. This is always non-NULL (for oldstyle it is ""). This string
has a short lifetime and filters that need to hang on to it must take
a copy. The filter must pass the exportname parameter down to the

[patch 00/20] XEN-paravirt: Xen guest implementation for paravirt_ops interface
This patch series implements the Linux Xen guest in terms of the
paravirt-ops interface. The features in implemented this patch series
are:
 * domU only
 * UP only (most code is SMP-safe, but there's no way to create a new vcpu)
 * writable pagetables, with late pinning/early unpinning
   (no shadow pagetable support)
 * supports both PAE and non-PAE modes
 * xen console
 * virtual block

[PATCH] Clarify the error message when unavailable functions are called (RHBZ#679737).
From: "Richard W.M. Jones" <rjones at redhat.com>
Callers are supposed to use the availability API to check for
functions that may not be available in particular builds of
libguestfs. If they don't do this, currently they tend to get obscure
error messages, eg:
  libguestfs: error: zerofree: /dev/vda1: zerofree: No such file or directory
This commit changes the error
