Solaris console problem
Hi, I'm using openssh 3.9p1, and here is what bothers me. If ssh is executed from an X application, when a password is prompted, ssh manages to grap on to /dev/tty, but then the SIGTTOU is constantly sent to the ssh and that loops the password prompt function infinetely, since it actually gets to the console. Because of Solaris implemenation (I guess), that also gives no cycles to other

Not the OP, but I will tell you why it is important. GPL, as you know, is put in place to protect the opensource aspect of the code, and as such requires the changes be published for modifications that are done on top of the existing

questions about password complexity checking.
Hi Samba folks, I had a couple questions about password complexity checking. To preface, in smb.conf, we set: check password script = /usr/local/sbin/crackcheck -d /usr/share/cracklib/pw_dict Also, if I understand correctly: /usr/local/sbin/crackcheck comes from samba source rpm package. maybe we need to compile it ourselves. /usr/share/cracklib/pw_dict* comes from cracklib-dicts rpm

rtp payload lenth
Not sure what a payload of 75 bytes could be. Are you sure that doesn't include the 12-byte RTP header? Other than that, maybe it's using wideband (although there's nothing that corresponds exactly to 75 bytes. If you send me the hexdump for one packet, I may be able to find out what it is. [LLVMdev] Obsolete PTX is NOT completely removed in 3.2 release
Pawel, First, all your help with the 3.2 release is greatly appreciated. I do not think anyone is saying otherwise. I apologize for the lack of documentation regarding this issue. I do ask that you consult with previous release manager (myself or Bill) to determine what the best course of action is. There is a lot of room to improve our release process, but its a collaborative effort. You are
