[PATCH] Fix checksum errors when firewalling in domU
Another checksum offload problem was reported on xen-users, when using a
domU as a firewall:
http://lists.xensource.com/archives/html/xen-users/2006-04/msg01150.html
It also fails without VLANs.
The path from dom0->domU with ip_summed==CHECKSUM_HW/proto_csum_blank==1
is broken.
- skb_checksum_setup() assumes that a checksum will definitely be
calculated in dev_queue_xmit(), but

[PATCH] Log error in csum dev_queue_xmit error path
While working bug #143, it came to my attention that no verbose error is
loged if the dom0 kernel mangles a packet and tries to checksum
offload it.
This should let the user know what is going wrong (instead of silently
dropping the packet).

[PATCH 2/2] [BUG 183] NETFRONT: Use per-interface grant_ref pools
In netfront, the current driver reserves pools of grant refs
for the tx and rx paths, each big enough to satisfy one virtual nic.
With more than one nic active you will run out. Both the tx and
rx path will BUG() when you do. This patch creates separate tx and rx
ref pools for each interface.

This patch fixes the root cause of bug 183: per-interface transaction ids
are being used to

IMQ device problems with iptables: dead looping?
Hello,
I am using the IMQ with iptables (latest versions) and asking all packets to
be enqueued to IMQ0 from both prerouting and postrouting (using different
iptables rules to mark different streams). When I do this I get the kernel
saying:
"Dead loop on netdevice imq0, fix it urgently!" and communications stop
intermittently. If I remove the jump from either preroute or postroute it

Re: Adit 600 FXO card (Jon Brandon)
Whenever we have needed any kind of Carrier Access
(Adit) equipment, we have used Suntel Data. We found
them on eBay and have been buying from them ever
since. They have always been good about fast shipments
and provide good used pricing on equipment.

Scanner problems HP4620 Jon LaBadie.
Hi Jon ,
I agree it is a little bit confusing : On USB all runs fine . So Hplip ,
cups , etc. is installed and functionates .
On WLAN , believe it or not printing and faxing runs fine ; So the Wifi
communication is present and functionating , but the scanner function is
not !
When running hp-check under USB (Discouvered Devices) the laptopcamera and
the scanner is present and all goes

ESFQ Modification
Hi!
Some time ago I faced a problem in limiting traffic on host with
multiple uplinks. Since all the stuff worked nice seemed that there
will be no problems. But then I realized that P2P users are smart
enough to bypass limits as sfq doesn''t give fair sharing in this case
(thousands of connections from one user versus few from the other).
I tried IMQ but it''s instability in my

Custom build kernel patch fails big time.
I am trying to build a custom kernel for the HIPL code
(infrahip.hip.fi), using the patch for the Linux 2.6.18 kernel. I
followed all the instructions for getting the kernel source and making a
custom kernel provided on the wiki. The rpmbuild fails with the
following messages:
Get an error on this step (figured out my other problem):
