about BATCH and parameter file
Hello sir: I use Rcmd to execute R code, such as : "C:\\Program Files\\R\\R-2.2.1\\bin\\Rcmd.exe" BATCH globalLowessRun.r globalLowessRun.r is a R function written by myself. But I wanna make the "globalLowessRun.r" changeable, such as globalLinearRun.r or gridbasedLowessRun.r,and so on. How can I achieve this goal via Rcmd.exe BATCH ? The only finding is: Rcmd BATCH

[PATCH] Fix PAE shadow on a machine with RAM above 4G on x86_64 xen
Fix PAE shadow on a machine with RAM above 4G on x86_64 xen. Currently, on a machine with RAM above 4G, we can not run 32bit VMX guest on x86_64 xen, the root cause is that the PAE page table PDPT must below 4G, this patch fixes this issue. Also did some cleanup. Signed-off-by: Xin Li <xin.b.li@intel.com> Signed-off-by: Jun Nakajima <jun.nakajima@intel.com>

[PATCH] patch to buffer write ioreq
This patch implements a new mechanism to buffer the MMIO_WRITE and PIO_WRITE packet in a queue, and then submit them to qemu-dm in batch. This could save a lot of domain switch time. We implement this as a generic one to do ioreq in batch. However, we only use it to batch the MMIO_WIRTE request for stdvga(0xA0000-0xC0000) in order to solve the win2k boot issue for hvm domain. Without this patch,

How to increases the Memory size for R in Batch mode
hello everybody!! I am using "Rcmd BATCH" command to run simulation on R in batch mode on win98 machine. Would it be possible to increase the memory size of R; if so how and what is the default memory size used, and what is the limit to which I can increase the memory size. My machine configurations: 512MB Ram with Intel P-III processor working at 1GHz speed. Win98 and R 1.4.1

Error in memory.size(size) when calling R in batch mode (but not in interactive mode)
Dear all I use a 64 bit Windows7 system with 16 GB memory. I have run an R script in batch mode with the following command: R CMD BATCH masterassignment_2012_11_09.r --save The execution was terminated with the following error message: Error in memory.size(size) : don't be silly!: your machine has a 4Gb address limit I never get this error message in an interactive session

Batch file larger than it should/could be?
Hi, I'm trying to understand the behaviour of rsync when used with the --write-batch or --only-write-batch options. I did some tests where I had two fairly big file trees, think a rootfs, where their only difference was an extra file containing only one character. I noticed the batch file was ~100kB and after inspecting it with hexdump it looks like it contains the whole list of files

batch-mode fixes [was: [PATCH] fix read-batch SEGFAULT]
Chris, to put things in the right prespective, you should read (if you haven't done so already) the original paper describing the design behind batch mode. The design and implementation of this functionality goes back to a project called the Internet2 Distributed Storage Infrastructure (I2-DSI). As part of that project, the authors created a modified version of rsync (called rsync+)

"size of shared memory region" messages show up with Rtools 3.1.0.1939
Hi, After installing Rtools 3.1.0.1939 into c:\rtools31, when I call any (most?) of the commands in c:\rtools31\bin, I see strange messages printed to stderr. Example: C:\Rtools31>bin\tar 0 [main] tar 6084 shared_info::initialize: size of shared memory region changed from 27984 to 21136 bin/tar: You must specify one of the `-Acdtrux' options Try `bin/tar --help' or `bin/tar

[PATCH] Fix qemu-dm segfault when multiple HVM domains ---Was: qemu-dm segfault with multiple HVM domains?
Hi, John Can you try the attached patch ? This issue can be reproduced on SMP platform, while the domain 0 is UP. The reason is, after finishing a dma request, the dma thread will trigger the interrupt and then clear the call back function. When guest get the interrupt , it will try to check the call back function, if it is set, then it will trigger a dma request again. So if the checking for

[LLVMdev] GPU thread/block/grid size contraints in LLVM PTX backend
You specify shader model, bit size and etc. arch-specified parameters though -march, -mattr and -mcpu, but AFAIK, PTX backend does not use the GPU thread/block/grid size information in optimization yet.
