Hello, I notice an odd behavior of gregmisc package when using "update.packages()" via R --no-save (as root). Every time I launch update.packages() gregmisc is repeatedly selected for upgrade. If I issue the command > update.packages() it wants to update 'gregmisc' but then if I do it again right afterwards it still wants to update 'gregmisc'. It should have updated everything the first time and should not be trying to update anything the second time. Any comments? If I'm not mistaken, "bundle" is really only useful as a concept for distribution and installation. You distribute and install a bundle, but load the individual packages when you want to use them. Once you install the bundle, you won't see the name of the bundle in the list of installed packages, but you see the constituent packages, and those are what you load when you want to
