Does anyone have a good working e-mail validator? or even some regexp to make the validates_format_of work right... that would be awesome. Diff tool for OSX
I''ve looked for DIFF tools for OSX but haven''t found anything good yet. Tried guiffy (http://www.guiffy.com) but it''s very slow and the folder comparison doesn''t indicate a change until you drill down to the level with the difference which kinda defeats the purpose. I''m missing TortoiseSVN and the diff tool that comes with it. Any suggestions for

[Gluster-devel] Integration of GPU with glusterfs
It is disappointing to see the limitation being put by Nvidia on low cost GPU usage on data centers. https://www.theregister.co.uk/2018/01/03/nvidia_server_gpus/ We thought of providing an option in glusterfs by which we can control if we want to use GPU or not. So, the concern of gluster eating out GPU's which could be used by others can be addressed. --- Ashish ----- Original

Gluster 3.8.13 data corruption
OK. Is this problem unique to templates for a particular guest OS type? Or is this something you see for all guest OS? Also, can you get the output of `getfattr -d -m . -e hex <path>` for the following two "paths" from all of the bricks: path to the file representing the vm created off this template wrt the brick. It will usually be $BRICKPATH/xxxx....xx/images/$UUID where $UUID

[ovirt-users] Very poor GlusterFS performance
Dear Krutika, Sorry for asking so naively but can you tell me on what factor do you base that the client and server event-threads parameters for a volume should be set to 4? Is this metric for example based on the number of cores a GlusterFS server has? I am asking because I saw my GlusterFS volumes are set to 2 and would like to set these parameters to something meaningful for performance

Newbie needs help
Hello, I have an old crossword program that runs OK on Win98, WinMe, and XP. I have installed, via yum, wine and wine-devel and the associated dependencies on my Fedora 8 system. I have copied all the files from the program's install floppy to a directory in my home folder, the same as installing it on XP. However, when the program tries to access the word files it fails and says to see

virt-install error: "virDomainLookupByName() failed got unknown HTTP error code 400"
Hi there, I've been happily installing VMs in CentOS 5.2's Xen implementation using virt-manager. However, my latest attempt to use the install wizard in virt-manager failed when I got to the networking screen. The 'forward' button was unresponsive, and I was unable to proceed. I checked the virt-manager logs, and saw this appearing immediately after I tried to proceed:
