CDR: Add Dialed Number Identifierfield (DNID) field into MySQL
Hi,
I would like to see the DNID in my MySQL CDR logs.
I have read one big thread in the Asterisk Developer List, but I could
not figure out how to implement it ?
Is there a simple step-by-step.
Thx in advance.

Hi,
I am using Trixbox 2.6.2.3, ISO install
I am getting the below error in `/var/log/asterisk/full`

Asterisk-cpu utilization > 60 %
Hi,
On 64 bit centos 5.6 I have virtualbox 4 and 64 bit elastix latest.
Since yesterday cpu utilization has been constantly peaking 65-75%. Hardly
1-2 concurrent calls. No other activity on server. Top shows asterisk on
top.
Its quad xeon server with 4 gb ram.
Any suggestion where should I start and how should I go about with my
investigation.
Thank you and have a great weekend.

Complex Call Distribution
Hello,
I have Elastix ISO install (FreePBX 2.7.0.3)
My current Setup is as follows:
Inbound Route > Queue > (Dynamic Agents)
The queue distributes calls based on rrMemory.
I have been asked to redesign the call distribution as follows:
Calls will be delievered to Level-1 Agents (say 4 dynamic agents) in
rrMemory format.
When Level-1 Agents are busy, distribute calls to Level-2 Agents

Apparent BIND problem doing RBL lookups for Postfix
My apologies if I'm posting the wrong place, or am asking a common
question. All my looking so far hasn't turned up anything very useful
in knowing what to look at, or what to modify.

I would like to include the extension number in the file name.
Did a lot of googling but not much help.
Pls advice.

Monitor not merging calls
I have setup Asterisk on 2 Fedora Core 8 machines, and have made it to record all incoming calls. One of the box that have Asterisk 1.4.18 is properly merging calls and the other box that has Asterisk 1.4.15 is recording the calls but not merging them, I have made sure that SOX is installed on the box.
Here is the Dialplan of both the machines :

Spamhaus with Zimbra Mail on CentOS
I realize this is slightly off topic, but I've noticed recently that I've been unable to preform RBL lookups using the the zen and sbl spamhaus RBL lists. Currently using Zimbra Collaboration Suite using CentOS 5 I'm seeing logs showing the following output.
[root at phantom ~]# cat /var/log/zimbra.log | grep spamhaus

Currently I am only able to fetch first 63 KB chunk from the DB, and not able to fetch the rest of the file, below is the code that i am using to do so,

convert metaflac tags to utf-8?
Hi, I realize that this is not strictly flac-related, but...
I've got my collection in flac now, and at the end of the endeavor, I
realized that (I think...) I've managed to have a few different
encodings in the tags, one way or another.
For instance:
[root@localhost Zen Arcade]# metaflac --list 01-Something\ I\ Learned\
Today.flac > 1
[root@localhost Zen Arcade]# metaflac

Using Puppet for downgrading Varnish (circular dependency)
Hi all,
I am trying to use puppet (2.7.18) for downgrading varnish cache on Centos
Linux (6.3).
Unfortunately there are two varnish RPMs (which seem to have circular
dependencies):
varnish-3.0.4-1.el6.x86_64
varnish-libs-3.0.4-1.el6.x86_64
When using "ensure" for downgrading I get a bunch of errors:
err: /Stage[main]/Varnish/Package[varnish-libs]/ensure: change from
3.0.4-1.el6

VMWare vs Parallels, and Zen
I've seen several references to running VMWare under CentOS, but
does anybody know how well Parallels runs under CentOS?
On a related note, now that Zen is as mature as it is, are
commercial VMs really much better than Zen?
