Hi , I am new to this puppet. I am implementing a network where my cisco switch will contact the puppet server for getting the configuration. I tried installing open source puppet and was successful in pushing down the configurations. I wanted then to try the same exercise with puppet enterprise 3.1. I installed puppet enterprise in a different server and changed my puppet agent (switch) to

Problem moving to 1.1.3
I'm working on an embedded product, upgrading it from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3. I'm getting lousy compression for FLAC files that are encoded with 1.1.3 (integer only). The resulting FLAC files still sound correct and will decode properly, but are only compressed about 10% even when compressed at the highest level (I get about 40% compression with the same files in 1.1.2). Here is a typical slice

Unable to browse Samba share by hostname from certain clients...
Dear Help, I am having a very odd problem. For some reason, I am able to browse to my Samba share by IP address but not by host name from Windows 2008 servers in a particular domain (the same domain the Samba server belongs to). However, I am able to browse by host name from XP clients as well as Windows 2008 servers in a different domain. Even stranger, if I add an alias (using the netbios

Can't find any "core" files (updatedb ; locate "core"). Coredump are usually in /var/liv/systemd/coredump for other programs, but nothing for dovecot. Looks like issue is in 'auth' and 'indexer-worker'. Where can be the coredump files ? On 2018-11-28 18:13, Timo Sirainen wrote: > See https://dovecot.org/bugreport.html#coredumps > > Without a

windows ABI problem with i128?
Most probably you need to properly specify the calling convention the backend is using for calling the runtime functions. Or implement the stub for udivti3 that performs the necessary argument lifting. I guess there is no standard ABI document describing the intended calling convention here, so I'd just do what mingw64 does here and make everything here compatible. On Thu, Apr 26, 2018 at

SSL configuration
Hello subscribers, I have a very strange question regarding SSL setup on gluster storage. I have create a common CA and sign certificate for my gluster nodes, placed host certificate, key and common CA certificate into /etc/ssl/, create a file called secure-access into /var/lib/glusterd/ Then, I start glusterd on all nodes, system work fine, I see with peer status all of my nodes. No problem.

Thanks for the tip. Can you be more specific? Are you suggesting there is some config parameter I can set before running TargetMachineEmitToFile? Do you know what

Does anybody have any ideas on this? On our server that has been running 'rock-solid' with no crashes we have now had 3 kernel panics that each appear to have been triggered by the newly upgraded samba daemon. We used to run samba 3.0.21a for 'years' with no crashes. On May 26 we upgraded to 3.0.25 June 9 10:58:28 first crash kernel panic process involved according to log

windows ABI problem with i128?
I'm trying to use LLVM to create compiler-rt.o on Windows. I use this command from the compiler-rt project: [nix-shell:~/downloads/llvm-project/compiler-rt]$ clang -nostdlib -S -emit-llvm lib/builtins/udivti3.c -g -target x86_64-windows -DCRT_HAS_128BIT The resulting LLVM IR is: ================================================================= ; ModuleID = 'lib/builtins/udivti3.c'
