[LLVMdev] how to pass message from LLVM IR to bachend code
Hi, In the directory of lib/CodeGen/SelectionDAG, I cann't find SelectionDAGISel.cpp. I only have DAGBuilder.cpp and SelectionDAG.cpp. I don't know why. My edtion is 1.4. Is it because of the edtion difference? Thanks! > On Mon, 11 Jul 2005 shding at mtu.edu wrote: >> I have extended the IR for adding flag. But I just want this flag to >> pass through the backend

[LLVMdev] how to pass message from LLVM IR to bachend code
Hi: I have extended the IR for adding flag. But I just want this flag to pass through the backend machine code. I know there're several passes like register relocation, schedualing, etc. But I think I just miss the part which is used to "parser" the LLVM IR to machine code instructions. Would you give me some help? Thank you ! > On Sun, 10 Jul 2005 shding at mtu.edu wrote:

Agile Web Dev (book) question: errors
This is kind of frustrating (but no doubt helpful in the long run) that after following along and coding , and d/l the code the same error is appearing. For those who are familiar with the depot app, I''ve run into a problem after fixing the cart to reflect quanitites. I worked through the intended error messages but now have this appearing: SyntaxError in StoreController#add_to_cart

Dismal R performance of Athlon moble CPU?
I have been using a laptop computer of Pentium III 1.13 Ghz. I heard that AMD's Athlon has excellent floating point capacity. So I bought a Athlon 2200+ laptop yesterday. I expected that new Athlon 2200+ will be twice as fast as the P III 1.13 GB. I ran a R simulation program and the new computer is only 30% faster, in fact slightly slower than a Celeron 1.50 GB laptop. I am very disappointed

question of VECM restricted regression
Dear Colleague I am trying to figure out how to use R to do OLS restricted VECM regression. However, there are some notation I cannot understand. Please tell me what is 'ect', 'sd' and 'LRM.dl1 in the following practice: #OLS retricted VECM regression data(denmark) sjd <- denmark[, c("LRM", "LRY", "IBO", "IDE")] sjd.vecm<-

counting occurrence of text in a dataframe
Hello list. I am hoping for some help with a relatively simple problem. I have a data frame arranged as below. I want to be able to count the occurrence of each gene (eg let-7e) by Experiment. In other words how many times does a given gene crop up in the dataframe. I tried table but couldn't work out how to get the output I want. I have also considered rearranging this data into a list (by

sub-optimal ZFS performance
Hello, ZFS is behaving strange on a OSOL laptop, your thoughts are welcome. I am running OSOL on my laptop, currently b124 and i found that the performance of ZFS is not optimal in all situations. If i check the how much space the package cache for pkg(1) uses, it takes a bit longer on this host than on comparable machine to which i transferred all the data. user at host:/var/pkg$ time

cajolst
Dear R users, I am quite new to R, so most of the problems I've encountered working with it are technical, absurd or simple things. Sorry. Despite this, I am struggling with cajolst function for a day and still nothing. The problem is that I can't get an estimate for the break point (which is in the slot "bpoint") by using cajolst function. Finally, I've tried Johansen and

Avoiding Delete key function as 'Quit R' in Rterm when there are no characters in cursor line
I don't use term, but I've just tested it and this is reproducable. Is it a bug? Not sure. If you hit c after getting the message it will cancel the q() request. gsub issue with consecutive pattern finds
Here's another *incorrect* way to do it -- incorrect because it will not always work, unlike Iris's correct solution. But it does not require PERL type matching. The idea: separate the two vowels in the regex by a character that you know cannot appear (if there is such) and match it optionally, e.g. with '*" repetition specifier. I used "?" for the optional character

Debugging functions defined (locally) inside another functions
Thank you Ivan, your example solves my issue this time through debug(environment(Adder$add)$add) Just for the future, you say Moreover, `g` doesn't exist at all until f() is evaluated and reaches this point. If `f` was a function, it would be possible to trace() it, inserting a call to debug(g) after it's created. How should I call trace() if f was a function? Best

[PATCH RESEND] mm: don't zero ballooned pages
This patch is a revert of 'commit bb01b64cfab7 ("mm/balloon_compaction.c: enqueue zero page to balloon device")' Ballooned pages will be marked as MADV_DONTNEED by the hypervisor and shouldn't be given to the host ksmd to scan.
