Jup, 64 Bit Kernel build is done now and works, but 32 Bit kernel config is different, as I use 64 Bit in Dom0 and DomU, 32 Bit only in DomU incl. DomU with DVB etc. XEN options are the same, it''s only the selection of drivers... Andrew, any idea? Boris, do you know a safe way to create a 64 Bit config out of a 32 Bit one? Hello, The email (thread) below from xen-devel mailinglist indicates the changesets that should fix the bug that causes the lenny 2.6.26 xen kernel to crash on newer xen hypervisors. The workaround for this bug has been to use pci=nomsi on the dom0 kernel cmdline, but it would be better to apply the actual fix to the xen kernel in lenny. We cannot startup IA32/IA32pae unmodified linux guest OS. Booting 32bit VMX domain will stop at printing "ACPI: Unable to locate RSDP". Booting 32pae VMX domain will get a kernel panic. Yes, like real Linux/ia64, it is not possible to run the same Xenlinux bits both on ski and on real hardware. A different configuration and build is required. The config difference is the same as it was with the privified xenlinux... I think you did that successfully before (with privified xenlinux) so give that config file a try and if it doesn''t work, let me know. BTW, I think I know
