cutree using a vector for h giving meaningless results
I try to use the routine cutree to cut a tree (created by hclust) into several groups by specifiing the hight of the cut. a<-1:10 cutree(tree, h=a*100) The Matrix with group meberships returned is ok for most of the hights, but in some cases (as for example h=800 and h=900) the results don't make sense (group membership=0 or 58965231, it looks like the range of data allowed by the data

XCP question about similar hardware
Hi all, I am planning to improve virtualization in my company. So I have already a pool named p.e. Pool1. I have 5 servers Dell PowerEdge 1950 in it. Now I have 4 servers Dell PowerEdge 2850 too. Can I add 2850 to Pool1? I can''t find anything about compatibility for different hadrware in new release. -- Best regards, Den. _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing

[LLVMdev] Is IR VM does make sense since llvm3 ?
Hi llvm list ! Everything is in the question. I've read this discussion on the mailinglist * [LLVMdev] LLVM IR is a compiler IR<https://groups.google.com/d/topic/llvm-dev/N3r_a1Vbrog/discussion> . * But since llvm3 and type system rewrite, is it a good idea to rethink about a VM wich could run the IR bytecode directly? llvm has differents bytecode from low level, to more hight level...

multinom and stargazer
I am trying to create a LaTex table based on a multinom (nnet) object using the stargazer command. I have created a small data frame to demonstration the problem: data <- data.frame(age=1:21, hight=20:40, ed=c(1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3)) data$ed <- as.factor(data$ed) I then make a multinomial model using the command multinom from the nnet package: model <- multinom(ed ~

ISDN & Voicemail: Strange Behaviour
Hi, whenever I include a "Ringing" Line in some Voicemail Extension I get an error when a call from the outside (via ISDN) comes in, but it works when an internal (SIP-phone) calls the extension. Here is my configuration for testing: ------------extensions.conf------------ [isdnext] ; strep external "101", our number and leave only extension exten =>

Wh uses H.323-clients with call transfer?
Hi, we intend to use innovaphone's IP200 full standard compliant H.323 hardware phones (great!) with asterisk. Everything works perfect (calls, signalling, talking) until we want to perform a call transfer (H.450). Upon pressing the R-key the first connection is hung up immediately. As gatekeeper we use a IP400-box OR GnuGK, same result with both... So, who has experience or uses

"Couldn't find function par"
I have just installed version 2.6.0 of R using the Ubuntu Dapper Drake packages from CRAN. I picked the installation option of overwriting the existing config files. Since then, R starts with an error message which I don't quite get because the function it claims not to have found can be called nicely. It wouldn't bug me at all, but R CMD Sweave is a bit more picky than me and dies after

7.0-stable: a hung process - scheduler bug?
Hello! I was trying to build OpenOffice using all of my 4 CPUs. To be able to do other work on the machine comfortably, I ran the build under nice, and assigned real-time priority to the two Xorg processes. The build started at about 23:10 last night, and hung at 23:46. The procstat output for the make's process group is: PID PPID PGID SID TSID THR LOGIN WCHAN EMUL

Grandstream 100 sidetone
For people who are using GS 101, what do you think the sidetone generated by the phone. I find mind a bit annoying. It has a delay and you notice it as an echo. The volume of the sidetone is also quite hight. I am distracted when both caller and called party talking over each other occasssionally. The volume of the sidetone can be turned down using the volume button but it also control the

ZFS partially hangs when removing an rpool mirrored disk while having some IO on another pool on another partition of the same disk
Hello, Sorry for the (very) long subject but I''ve pinpointed the problem to this exact situation. I know about the other threads related to hangs, but in my case there was no < zfs destroy > involved, nor any compression or deduplication. To make a long story short, when - a disk contains 2 partitions (p1=32GB, p2=1800 GB) and - p1 is used as part of a zfs mirror of rpool

Good write, but slow read speeds over the network
Hi all, I am running Netalk on OSol snv134 on a Dell R610, 32 GB RAM server. I am experiencing different speeds when when writing to and reading from the pool. The pool itself consists of two FC LUNs that each build a vdev (no comments on that please, we discussed that already! ;) ). Now, I am having a couple of AFP clients that access this pool either via FastEthernet or even GiBitEthernet.
