I want to compile a custom xenU kernel for a firewall distribution (endianfw, version of ipcop), I can get it to load up but the kernel is missing some modules that aren''t resident. So I want to make a custom version for this domU, I know what I need kernel+openswan+xen+patch-o-matic but I not sure the best way to go about this, do I patch a fedora source or start with a vanilla kernel?

There is no CONFIG_SCSI to enable in xenU. Is there any reason for this? I want to try out iSCSI and obviously it needs scsi support. Or would I be better doing it in dom0 and exporting it? thanks James

Hi, When building an xenU guest kernel do you need to make ARCH=xen ?? as I am trying to build a kernel that includes a patch for abi-sco that has parts build against i386 and I believe that this is causing the build not to work.
