help friend :java nio problem
I don't think your example would copy the file correctly, but I'm getting the same error when I run a similar test on our file system. It works on the local file system. Re: Problems with user namespaces
I applied your patch, but no success. What bothers me is that connection gets reseted. By the way, i'm using systemd, with process started in forking mode and as daemon. Could this cause any problems? This is my libvirtd.conf, if it helps anything: unix_sock_group = "libvirtd" unix_sock_rw_perms = "0770" auth_unix_ro = "none" auth_unix_rw = "none" Can

locks feature not loading ? (2.0.0rc1)
Hi all, I upgraded from 1.4.0rc3 to 2.0.0rc1 in my test environment, and while the upgrade itself went smoothly, i appear to be having problems with the (posix-)locks feature. :( The feature is clearly declared in the server config file, and according to the DEBUG-level logs, it is loaded successfully at runtime ; however, when Gluster attempts to lock an object (for the purposes of AFR

extlinux reports "./extlinux: path /media/disk doesn't match device /dev/sda4"
Hello list, in a previous post I mentioned I had managed to make USB-Stick with 2048 byte sectors bootable. In fact I wiped out my Linux partitions bootrecord. This was with an old version of extlinux as still distributed by openSuSE. Interestingly enough the current version syslinux-3.61-pre2, spares my hard disk, but still seems to live under the impression it is the USB stick. The setup is

RedHat 5.5 and automounting with fstab
All, I wanted to pass on experience that I have trying to get GlusterFS to automount on RedHat 5.5. The documentation for /etc/fstab (http://gluster.com/community/documentation/index.php/Mounting_a_GlusterFS_Volume) doesn't quite work. I have two servers 192.168.104.151 and 192.168.104.152. Both are running GlusterD and both offer one of the bricks for the volume. Both mount also the

change fuse max_read= mount option from 128k to something bigger?
Hi Are there any caveats to changing the max_read fuse mount option that's hardcoded into xlators/mount/fuse/src/fuse-bridge.c to something other than 128k? On my client test system, cat /proc/mounts shows: fusectl /sys/fs/fuse/connections fusectl rw,relatime 0 0 10.10.10.11 /storage fuse.glusterfs rw,relatime,user_id=0,group_id=0,default_permissions,allow_other,max_read=131072 0 0 This
