HTML Output from R
Task: To generate HTML output from R Details: I am trying to serve up HTML output from R. That is analyses or table of data from R saved as HTML output with formatted tables etc. This file is then called in a CGI script to output to user browser. The CGI script inspired by Mark J. Ray reads the HTML output, formats the header and footer and any graphic output if necessary. My question is: Has

HTML Output from R
Apologies to the group for not having summarized (and taking all this time) all the replies I got on this topic. The original question was if anyone had done HTML output from R. The message also included a first attempt at writing such a function.. _________ Thanks, to Terry Westley who suggested that I model the function after write.table. I was not aware of write.table (my fault). Since then I

Psychoacoustic model
We've implemented a vorbis decoder based on Tremor and as part of the documentation we're also writing about psycho acoustic models and encoding. We're quite up to date with the decoding process and psycho acoustics in general but unfortunately not on the psycho acoustic encoding used in Vorbis. We have a few questions that would we would be very thankful to have answer to: Which

> a <- sqlQuery(irrdb, "select count(field) from mytable where field = 1") > print(a) count(field) 1 8 > paste(a) [1] "as.integer(8)" Why the as.integer() representation? I later pass the result into this write.html.table(), and what I get is rows of as.integer()... when all I want is the integer itself. as.integer(31) as.integer(21)

Fwd: Re: Clarification on pshycho-acoustic in Vorbis (your non-MP3 guide)
After reading http://mp3.radified.com/mp3.htm I sent Rad an explanation of some things as I understand them. He liked it and posted it on his site (still unlinked, use the URL below). Can somebody with better understanding of psycho-acoustic terms and the vorbis model check it and comment on it? In particular I didn't know how vorbis handles quantization noise. If you reply with
