Installing a Tcl/Tk Extension on OSX
Dear R-Community,
I need the Img tk extension for my R package. It all works on my Ubuntu
machine (libtk-img). However I experience a great deal of trouble when I
try to install the package on OSX 10.5 or 10.6 (in fact I'm not able to
do it).
As I understand it, the ActiveTcl with it's teacup package manager do
not have an effect on the the x11 tcl installation which R accesses.

form_for with nested shallow route
Let''s say I have:
map.resources :teams do |team|
team.resources :squads, :shallow => true
end
When I want to generate a form_for a squad, I need both the team and
squad for new/create, but only the squad for edit.
This means I need:
edit:
form_for(squad)
new:
form_for([team, squad])
This seems not very dry. Is there a more idiomatic way of doing this?
Right now,

hello,
sorry for the cross-post, but i didn't know if the samba list is enough
for this problem.
i have a problem to join the domain with a win 2000 client.
i compiled a samba-2.2.3a with traditional smbpasswd support, to keep my
old smbpasswd file with around 300 users and 250 trusted machine accounts.
everything works fine, but i can't

I have user who opened 12 computers, logged on those 12 computers and

Thanks in advance.
Regards.

Geek Squad UPS Systems
We are interested in using Nut on our Federa 6.0 servers. However, our
UPS systems are sold under the name "Geek Squad" (sold through the Best
Buy chain of department stores). I'm pretty certain Geek Squad does not
manufacture these units and they just rebrand them. Does anyone know who
makes these units or what they are compatible with in terms of driver
level protocol? The ones we
