SELinux prevents my PHP script from sending mail

I maintain an amateurish email list for my wife's website on my CentOS 6
server. Once-a-month, she sends mail to "mylistaddr at mydomain.com" and
the /etc/aliases file redirects that to my script:
mylistaddr: "| /usr/bin/php-cgi /var/www/html/mydomain/email-cgi.php"

Why openssh newer than 2.9.9 doesn't send SIGTERM and SIGHUP to child process?

I search in archive list if there any reason why is removed in openssh
newer than 2.9.9 from function

Best software SIP client
Does anyone have any views on the best software base SIP client to use
that normal users could use with Asterisk without being too techie ?
I have tried the X-Lite client with varying success. The first version
worked OK but music on hold broke the voice paths and the slightly newer
version initiated the call but failed to make the voice connect in both
directions.
The SJphone client works but

Question on openSSH and sending file to MVS file formats

I was looking for Damien Miller, Markus Friedl or Theo de Raadt to
possibly answer an SFTP question. I am having trouble locating an example
and think the task can not be done.

Killing the OpenSSH server doesn't cause the Windows OpenSSH client to die
It depends how you "kill" the SSH server.
If you kill it by sending it a SIGKILL signal, it will NOT notify the
client, so the client will stay running until the client discovers the
connection is broken.
What happens if you send the SSH server a SIGHUP signal? This should cause
an orderly shutdown on the server, which should notify the client, which
should cause the client to do

that there is a bug in the OpenSSH client.
It either fails to sent heartbeats, or it gets stuck in some Windows
system call and this makes it to fail to send heartbeats.
