Hello, After some fiddling with the server now I have broken RAID1 with the "current" mirror on the disk with few unreadable sectors. If I try to re-add other disk to the mirror resync goes till those bad sectors and then starts from the beginning. And so on. Is it possible to somehow force resync to continue even after errors? Hello, I converted one of my servers to ext3 and load average numbers went up. Now they are ~2-3 while on ext2 LA was <0.4. And I'm constantly seeing processes and kjournald in D state. vmstat confirms that. But even in such LA CPUs are ~99% idle. What can be wrong? RedHat 7.1 kernel 2.4.18-18.7.xsmp. Hello, How to explain to fdisk that /dev/sda size changed? I increased LUN on storage, reloaded iscsi, did echo 1 > /sys/<something>/rescan. And I see in "dmesg" that kernel found new size of the LUN. But when I type "fdisk /dev/sda" it still shows old size. On /dev/sda1 sits LVM PV and I'd like to resize it instead of adding one more PV to volume group.

Hello, Maybe it's already FAQ but how to hide .journal file on rootfs? I upgraded filesystems on one of my servers from ext2 to ext3 and everything went smoothly. As Asterisk has inner problems and channels very often locks we have such script to restart Asterisk each midnight. We (our clients) mostly use v1.4.18.1. We can't upgrade to newer versions because there are too much changes which would brake our system (realtime/sip/iax2/cdr/etc/etc).
