Serial communication problem
I'm trying to make my little Asus eeePC 901 into a useful navigation tool that I can use on my boat. I'm running Ubuntu with the 2.6.24-21-eeepc kernel. For chart plotting I run SeaClear_2 (SC) under Wine. SC communicates as it should with my GPS via a Keyspan USB to serial dongle, both sending and receiving works with this device. I am also running the small app AISMon under Wine. This

MGE Ellipse USB cable config ?
Hi everyone, This is not directly NUT related, but i don't know where else I can still ask this. I have been using a pretty decent 2nd hand MGE ellipse premium 1200VA for a while now at home. http://www.mgeups.com/download/doc_intl/ small/premium/389uk.pdf It's been working very well for me on linux, but my linux server has recently passed away and now I only have Macs left.

New UPS supported in 2.0.4
Hi, I need to get a USB based UPS for a system which is running NUT 2.0.4 (a Debian Etch system). Does anyone know of a UPS that I can buy today that is supported by 2.0.4? Unfortunately upgrading the OS (and NUT) isn't an option. Previously, we used the Powerware 5110 (which used the bcmxcp_usb driver) and that worked fine, however that UPS has been discontinued and is no longer

nutdrv_qx and Best Power equipment
Hi Daniele, I finally got a Best Power Patriot Pro II fixed up with a new battery and cable, and tried it with nutdrv_qx (since it uses a variant of the Q1 protocol). It auto-detected the use of Q1. It looks like things mostly work: bestups: battery.charge: 100.0 battery.voltage: 13.9 battery.voltage.nominal: 12 device.mfr: Best Power device.model: Patriot Pro II 400 device.type: ups

CENTOS 6.6 NUT RPM BUILD ISSUES
That worked out just fine. What I am currently running into are conditions where I am getting the following error that I figured I would share. Error: libusb_get_interrupt() returned 0 instead of 8 while sending 3a 4d b2 0d 00 00 00 00 '.M......' Conditions: upsdrvctl start via Init Script at Boottime. If I run the init script after boot, I do not receive this error. Eric Cobb ekcobb

latest USB code
Here''s the latest USB code against the xen 3.0.0 release. Since the last posting this version updates the code to use the new 32 bit grant references and the latest GNTTABOP_map_grant_ref definition. I''ve also changed the definition of the virtual USB HCD to have a single port rather than seven ports with six unused. Domains importing multiple USB devices will get a HCD for
