I have ices/icecast running and can listen on my home network. I am using port 8020 because my isp blocks 80, and 8080 is being used. I have a dyndns address and webhop. And If you use the local IP of that icecast server on another local machine (or same machine) can you then see the admin page? I use 81.174.146.88:28888 Bet your router does not have loopback So if you are using sam broadcaster it needs the icecast settings input to it, so it can forward to the icecast server.
