NOLF2 - Registry key?
Glad to see the work that has progressed so far with wine, especially in
the area of DirectX implementation.
So, with that in mind I compiled a fresh copy of 20050830 and began
testing my games. Started with an oldie but a goodie, No One Lives
Forever 2. Usually I couldn't even get past the opening screen. This
time, the game attempts to launch, but then a window pops up and says:

strange apparently data-dependent crash with large data (PR#6955)
I'm consistently seeing R crash with a particular large data set. What's
strange is that although the crash seems related to running out of memory,
I'm unable to construct a pseudo-random data set of the same size that also
causes the crash. Further adding to the strangeness is that the crash only
happens if the dataset goes through a save()/load() cycle -- without that,

Hunt group with Accept/Reject Option
Hi,
Could someone please give me some advice on how to get * to perform the
following :-

Play a prompt to the caller like "Thanks for calling please hold while you
call is transferred to first available operator"
The caller hears MusicOnHold

Managing memory on R
Hi,
I have a problem with the memory size within R. I would like to know if
there is any may for getting back free memory during a R session. I've tried
with rm and gc but it still craches. I am working on windows R1.3.1.
I know I have big datasets, but during my study, some results are temporary,
and I would like to get back the memory allocated to this temporary object

reverse the selection order of zap channels for outgoing calls
The subject says it all.
Is it possible, code wise, configuration wise, at all - to reverse the
order in which the available zap channels are used for *outgoing* calls?
Code wise, I looked at the channel structure and it appears as though
there is only a next pointer, not a previous pointer, so to 'easily' to
this in the code would require a change to the code that reads in
zapata.conf?

Hi!
Attached is the current version of my image organizing program.
If you dbl-click on a thumbnail, it will show the image (1:1 zoom) in a
dialog, and eat some memory....

Hello,
I have a problem width some excel files in my Samba File server because when I try to open from a WinMe client, the client machine always craches width a error in the vredir.vxd and ifsmgr.vxd. I think is a problem in oplocks or something like that.
In the mdb files, the MS Access tolds me that can't open the file exlusively!
Can anybody help me?

Me too.
I also agree that reverting fresh and reapplying is *much* easier than
trying to revert late.
But I'd like to avoid dubious metrics.

RFC: Large, especially super-linear, compile time regressions are bugs.
Hi,
TLDR: I totally support considering compile time regression as bug.
I'm glad you bring this topic. Also it is worth pointing at this recent thread: http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2016-March/096488.html
And also this blog post comparing the evolution of clang and gcc on this aspect: http://hubicka.blogspot.nl/2016/03/building-libreoffice-with-gcc-6-and-lto.html

create list of data frames
Hi all,
I need to realize nonlinear regression on a thousand data sets. I guess the
lapply function would help me on that thus I'd like to create a list of data
frames, each data frame containing the data as follows:

2 10.054250 0.5771036
3 18.077246 0.7718514

I assume that the problem has to do with allocated graphic memory in the

toasted ext3 filesystem under lvm2
I have a Fedora Core 3 system at home, that was running fine, but now
won't boot.
Someone shut the power off on it without doing an orderly shutdown, and
also I sometimes apply patches with "yum -y update" without doing a reboot
immediately afterward - I suppose either of these could be related to my
system not booting.
I have a lot of information about the early stages of the

I regularly have errors (kernel: dst cache overflow) and crash of a

With rtstat I see that the route cache size increases regularly without
never decreasing.
