[PATCH] fix x86_64 initrd support
Looks like x86_64 never quite handled initrd''s. This brings x86_64 in line with i386 in that it doesn''t check LOADER_TYPE (which will be zero anyway). Now initrd is working fine for me on x86_64. [PATCH] xen block: remove driver_data direct access of struct device
From: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh at suse.de> In the near future, the driver core is going to not allow direct access to the driver_data pointer in struct device. Instead, the functions dev_get_drvdata() and dev_set_drvdata() should be used. These functions have been around since the beginning, so are backwards compatible with all older kernel versions. Phone meeting about kernel virtualization hooks
I would like to host a phone meeting to discuss the plans for the xen sub-architecture of x86. Hopefully Chris can share his vision and we can agree on some next steps to getting this done and into the mainline kernel. From my understanding, it would be good if the "To" list could make it. If anyone believes others should attend, please let them know. Please let me know if you are

[PATCH] put xenstore headers in linux-public
Directly including ../tools breaks building in separate object tree, as well as building from mkpatch patch (I believe Rik hit that one). This puts xenstore headers in linux-public. RE: [Xen-ia64-devel] Paravirtualized xenlinux/ia64 available
Yes, like real Linux/ia64, it is not possible to run the same Xenlinux bits both on ski and on real hardware. A different configuration and build is required. The config difference is the same as it was with the privified xenlinux... I think you did that successfully before (with privified xenlinux) so give that config file a try and if it doesn''t work, let me know. BTW, I think I know
