1) Bridging via host is broken: we need to set "promisc" bit in MAC address published by the host so the guest sends us everything. Thanks James Morris for the report (I don't use bridging). 2) Lguest network device uses 0 to mean "noone at this slot". It used to use 0xFF, and one spot was missed. Hi All, I found it very difficult to get Xen-3.1 up on a a machine with Intel''s ICH9 family of disk controllers :-(. Is the ICH9 support really there in xen-3.2 ? I tried but was not successful in booting even xen-3.2 from xen.org. Did anyone have a success? Or any help on what extra config options I need to pass while compiling a domain0 from xen sources? Lguest drivers need to default to "Y" otherwise they're never selected for new builds. (We don't bother prompting, because they're less than 4k combined, and implied by selecting lguest support). Hi, I have a question about memory page tables in Xen. As far as I understood, every modification to page table will go through Xen(hypervisor). Is it so that all page tables are actually allocated in Xen(hypervisor) instead of guest OS(domain)? Also, is it the case that Xen(hypervisor) needs to maintain a page table for each process running in every domain? Thanks Haifeng
