Sweave: option keep.source=TRUE and package cacheSweave
Dear all,
When I use the cacheSweave package together with the Sweave option
keep.source = TRUE, all the LaTeX code before the Sweave code chunk is
included in the TeX file to be compiled. For example, with the
following Sweave file
\documentclass[12pt]{article}
\usepackage[nogin]{Sweave}
% Sweave options
\SweaveOpts{keep.source=TRUE, strip.white=TRUE, eps=FALSE, pdf=TRUE}

Mail undeliverable error
Hi Guys,
I've already posted this to the postfix mailing list and they made
sure the error as the title suggest was generated by dovecot and not
the other way around. I have an almost perfectly working multi domain
mail server running dovecot+postfix+mysql+postfixadmin behind pfsense,
when we transferred office, issues arose, suddenly users using email
clients like thunderbird/outlook

ADMIN: undeliverable email
Hi,
This is just a pre-warning. I am in a process of implementing a
filter that would automatically unsubscribe email addresses that cause
permanent delivery errors, mostly user-unknown.
Addresses that return "host unknown" and similiar will be placed
into removal queue for 1 week from which they would be removed upon
successful delivery. Otherwise, if after 1 week the error does not

Sweave findings
Dear Group:
After struggling with escape sequences using the LaTeX listings package
(used by the R SweaveListingUtils package), I have come to the
conclusing that listings' interaction with the LaTeX fancyvrb package
prevents escapes such as
plot(x) # See Figure \ref{my.plot}
The only way I could solve the problem in general is to use a Perl
script to pretty-print the R code, and to

Three new releases
Hi,
I'm announcing two new releases of opus, along with the first release of
the new libopusenc library.
First for opus, we just fixed a bad bug in the surround encoding code
that would cause very bad quality on signals beyond a certain amplitude.
Thanks to Franziska Trojahn and others from HfT Leipzig for finding this
issue through their listening test[1] (the quality of the two bad files

Dovecot LDA and "undeliverable" emails
I googled around looking for this, apparantly my google-fu is failing this
morning. I just switched over to using a Postfix/Dovecot virtual set-up
with Dovecot as the delivery agent. One of my users mistyped his email
address when he paid for something through Paypal and the reciept got
forwarded to everyone. It didn't bounce or just go to Postmaster, it was
delivered to every valid user on

Problems w/long file access times (samba2.2.5 & WinXP pro) (fwd)
Hello all,
we're currently having problems with Windows XP machines that have
*very* long file access times for files that are located on our
linux-based samba server (samba 2.2.5 / linux 2.4.18). This happens with
all kinds of files, with all kinds of programs, including Office97, text
editors, develoment environments, etc.
Sometimes - the incidents itself seems to be random and is not
