<Cyber Energy> <usbhid-ups/cps-hid.c>-Add HID Usage (Temperature)
Hi Jim: After doing comprehensive tests, we have confirmed that there are no problems with the source code update related to temperature this time. We kindly request you to update the source code concerning temperature in cps-hid.c (driver: USBHID-UPS(8)) and include it in the next official release of NUT. Additionally, please inform us of the planned timeline and version for the upcoming

<Cyber Energy> <usbhid-ups/cps-hid.c>-Add HID Usage (Temperature)
Looks good. Posted the PR as https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/pull/2711, code base to test would be available at https://github.com/jimklimov/nut/tree/cps-hid-temp currently or as part of https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/tree/master after the pull request passes our CI and gets merged. <Cyber Energy> <usbhid-ups/cps-hid.c>-Add HID Usage (Temperature)
Hi NUT: We propose adding HID usage for "Temperature" to the NUT source code file cps-hid.c (driver: USBHID-UPS(8)<https://networkupstools.org/docs/man/usbhid-ups.html>) so that UPS temperature information can be displayed in the UPS status list. After conducting internal tests, we confirmed that inserting the following code: { "ups.temperature", 0, 0,

Cyberpower model numbers in the HCL
Anyone familiar with Cyberpower's model numbers? I finally got sick of my Tripplite's USB port going south, all the time, so I'm looking to replace it. The HCL has an entry for a Cyberpower model CP1500AVRLCD. Not listed is the CP1500PFCLCD model, a newer, premium version of the unit; but the HCL does have an entry for the CP1000PFCLCD model. Pretty sure that the CP1500PFCLCD

[HCL] CyberPower Cyber Power Systems CP685AVR supported by usbhid-ups
It looks like the CyberPower Cyber Power Systems CP685AVR supported by usbhid-ups has a favorable device dump linked to the Devices Dumps Library page here: http://networkupstools.org/ddl/Cyber_Power_Systems/CP685AVR.html However, it is not listed anywhere on the Hardware Compatibility List (HCL) page here: http://networkupstools.org/stable-hcl.html This appears to be an omission on the HCL

Wrong battery.date variable value
Hi, I installed apcupsd through pfsense and noticed some discrepancy with the NUT package. I'm not sure if this is a bug regarding the BATTDATE (apcupsd) and battery.date (NUT) but BATTDATE shows the correct date of 2016/05/11. While NUT shows the battery.date as 2001/09/25 which doesn't make sense. Any ideas? Pfsense 2.4.3-RELEASE-p1 (amd64) NUT 2.7.4_6 NUT installed through

NUT supports new VID/PID
Hello, and thanks for the clarifications. As described, the change does not seem to be too complex on the NUT project's side, the PR posted below took about an hour with some research and this write-up, so I'm not sure I can put a price tag on it :) A donation at https://opencollective.com/networkupstools or https://github.com/sponsors/networkupstools would be welcome though, more so a

UPS CYBERPOWER CP1300EPFCLCD MISSING FROMCOMPATIBILITY LIST
Hi I have just purchased a Cyberpower CP1300EPFCLCD UPS. It is not listed in your Compatibility List http://networkupstools.org/stable-hcl.html I am very new to all this but do have a background in IT. I have been retired for 18 years so am a bit out of touch so please excuse if I am a bit fuzzy. I will try my best to explain my issue below. When I plug my UPS into my Synology NAS

release?
Seconding ... or firsting, considering the recent call to testing hidden somewhere in a recent mail post ;) Currently I'm aiming at cutting a NUT 2.8.1 release during October. As a bit of self-imposed retrospective: I did hope for a faster (quarterly or so) cadence when I made the 2.8.0 release, but then a few issues came up as regressions of 2.8.0 and it became a sort of crusade to fix

CyberPower UPS Omission
The Hardware Compatibility List page on our website said to report any omissions in the list to this address. I bought a CyberPower UPS Model *LX1500GU*. It looks similar to the *CP1500AVRLCD*. My intention is to configure it in FreeNAS (FreeBSD). The FreeNAS user guide says it uses NUT to provide UPS support an contains a link to your website for a list of drivers of supported UPS devices. Sweex PP200 650VA UPS - Success report
Dear Charles and team Just thought to share my findings getting a Sweex PP200 650VA UPS working with NUT (I didn't see this particular model listed on the HCL.) I picked-up one of these units quite cheaply at a Maplins store (before the chain closed-down) as a second UPS for my home/office - the first being an old Zigor Ebro650 - a long story for another post... NUT v2.7.4_7 is running

Plot with two different coloured regression lines and legend
It is a trivial problem, but in the book I couln`t figure out how to put different colours at different regression lines plot(bif, abund, type="n", xlab= "number_bifurcations", ylab="abundances") sbif<-split(bif,stage) sabund<-split(abund,stage) points(sabund[[2]],sbif[[2]],pch=16, col="red") for(i in 1:2) abline(lm(sabund[[i]]~sbif[[i]])) Thanks in

Cyberpower PR2200ELCDRT2U
Hey guys, :) recently, I installed Cyberpower PR2200ELCDRT2U, however, I have not managed to get this UPS working with FreeNAS 11, yet. According to compatibility list, PR2200 should work fine, when using powerpanel driver: http://networkupstools.org/ddl/Cyber_Power_Systems/ http://networkupstools.org/ddl/Cyber_Power_Systems/PR2200.html However, when trying to establish a connection between

UPS not recognized
Hello, No ttyUSB* device under /dev however the new driver has detected the UPS, the nut services are able to start, just "upsc -l ups" sais unknown error and doesn't return any information. Could be due to the driver unable to detect number of battery packs as reported by the nut-driver.service startup? How can I fix that? root at omv:~# systemctl status nut-driver.serviceā—

release?
I stuck in a comment in an issue, but I think we're overdue, picking 6 months as arbitrary. I just created a snapshot privately. It passes make check on netbsd 9 amd64. I am updating pkgsrc-wip, which involves adjusting a lot of packages that I believe have been merged (yay!). I wonder if anybody thinks that git master has regressions from 2.8.0 right now. I ask this partly about
