My Icecast server is on the same machine as my automation system and so has all the audio file locally. This includes the news files. As Icecast does not do on demand playing of files I want to play the news file as an intro to a stream that will not be public and is there just for me to check the news anytime to hear what is going on and react if necessary. This is Windows version 2.4.4

While your stream will work fine in common browsers where the certificates are already available, they won't necessarily work in other places.
