[PATCH] drm/gpio/nv50: post nv92 cards have 32 interrupt lines
Since the original merge of nouveau to upstream kernel, we were assuming that nv90 (and later) cards have 32 lines. Based on mmio traces of the binary driver, as well as PBUS error messages during read/write of the e070/e074 registers, we can conclude that nv92 has only 16 lines whereas nv94 (and later) cards have 32. deleted fat32, added linux, formated ext3 ... mount detects as fat and I get FS-panic
Hi... I decided to delete my fat32 partition (sda1, with win2k on it). I did that with fdisk and added a linux partition, then formated it with "mkfs -t ext3 /dev/sda1" ... Everything seemed to work fine... I can even mount it with "mount -t ext3 /dev/sda1 /mnt" ... but there seem to be some fat32 rubbish left because when I do "mount /dev/sda1 /mnt" it seems to

Xgl/Compiz - Kernel, ATI, Console, and Multihead problems still unresolved
I've been avidly updating mesa, xgl, and compiz, every week (from the portage-xgl overlay) hoping to solve some of these problems: * Using ati-drivers-8.29.6 xgl crashes complaining about lacking dri, so i'm using 8.27.10. * Using 2.6.18 kernels, the ati-drivers-8.27.10 don't compile when building the drm module. * My laptop automatically switchs to vt1 when init services fail

[LXC] Attempt to start X in guest makes host X die
I have attempted to start X in a rawhide LXC guest on a Fedora 16 host, using echo a > /sys/fs/cgroup/devices/libvirt/lxc/Rawhide/devices.allow to allow me to create all the necessary devices in /dev in the guest (dangerous, I know, but I only ran that command after the guest systemd finished booting). This is with the nouveau open source driver. I ran X using /usr/bin/startx -- :7
