[PATCH] 9p/trans_virtio: fix hot-unplug
On device hot-unplug, 9p/virtio currently will kfree channel while
it might still be in use.
Of course, it might stay used forever, so it's an extremely ugly hack,
but it seems better than use-after-free that we have now.

[PATCH v2 1/3] mm: highmem: export kmap_to_page for modules
Some virtio device drivers (9p) need to translate high virtual addresses
to physical addresses, which are inserted into the virtqueue for
processing by userspace.
This patch exports the kmap_to_page symbol, so that the affected drivers
can be compiled as modules.

[PATCH 00/16] virtio ring rework.
OK, this is (ab)uses some of Paolo's patches. The first 7 are
candidates for this merge window (maybe), the rest I'm not so sure
about.
Thanks,
Rusty.
Paolo Bonzini (3):
scatterlist: introduce sg_unmark_end
virtio-blk: reorganize virtblk_add_req
virtio-blk: use virtqueue_add_sgs on req path
Rusty Russell (13):
virtio_ring: virtqueue_add_sgs, to add multiple sgs.

[PATCH 00/22] virtqueue_add_sgs, virtqueue_add_outbuf, virtqueue_add_inbuf
Add virtqueue_add_sgs which is more general than virtqueue_add_buf,
which makes virtio-scsi and virtio-blk nicer, then add virtqueue_add_inbuf
and virtqueue_add_outbuf which handle the more general case, and finally
delete virtqueue_add_buf().
I'm hoping this will be the final post of the whole series, and it can
move from my pending-rebases tree into virtio-next.
Thanks!
Rusty.

[PATCH] 9p/trans_virtio.c: Fix broken zero-copy on vmalloc() buffers
The 9p-virtio transport does zero copy on things larger than 1024 bytes
in size. It accomplishes this by returning the physical addresses of
pages to the virtio-pci device. At present, the translation is usually a
bit shift.
However, that approach produces an invalid page address when we
read/write to vmalloc buffers, such as those used for Linux kernle
modules. This causes QEMU to die printing:

[PATCH 0/6] virtio: graceful failure with get == NULL
virtio 1.0 says device configuration is optional, but most drivers treat it as
mandatory. Even if presented by device, guest bios might disable the BAR
holding that configuration, so we can't assume it's there, but we also don't
want to fail if not in case drivers can cope with it's absence - such as caif
or rng.
Add code to drivers to check presence of get callback and fail
