move interrupt, page_fault, non_syscall, dispatch_unaligned_handler and dispatch_to_fault_handler to avoid lack of instructin space. RFC: Strong GC References in LLVM
This is a proposal to add strong GC reference types to LLVM. We have some local (downstream) patches that are needed to prevent LLVM's optimizer from making transforms that are problematic in the presence of a precise relocating GC. The point Eddie wanted to discuss is how to generate code and its ABI. i.e. in-place generating v.s. direct jump v.s. indirect function call Indirect function call doesn't make sense because ivt.S is compiled multi times.
