dotlock errors without using dotlock
I have a few clients that have more than one user in the same mailbox.
I have my setup using fctrl for mailbox and index locking. My mail is
stored on a network file system (gluster) and my indexes are stored on
the local drive. I have a few issues:
- My users mailboxes have issues where messages will be mixed up (you go
to open a message and it gets a different message)

Still issues with new message count...
I am still having issues with new message count. When I move a message to
another folder, it counts that message as new until you go into that
folder. Is there a way I can solve this? Could it have something to do
with NFS? I have tried all the NF workarounds with no luck... I have
also tried NFSv3 and NFSv4, no difference. I store the indexes on the
local drive...

Ah, yes, I should have remembered that you are running 'experimental'
DCs on Fedora and they do strange things to the krb5.conf. All you need

Application Errors w/ layout & custom view pages
1) I get Rails Application Error when trying to use layout

Is = now the same as <- in assigning values
I?m a PhD student at the University of Warsaw, and have started using R.
In many books they specify to use <- instead of = when assigning
values, and this is also mentioned in older posts on the R website.
However, it seams to me that some update has occured, becuase I
continously get the same result wether I use <- or =.
I would be extremely helpful for any answer to this.

Strange problem with samba-tool dns query ...
Hello
I have a strange problem on a brand new installation of samba AD
(samba-4.19.5 on Fedora 39).
Domain controller is dc01.some.domain.org
Secondary (replicated) controller is dc02.some.domain.org
After clean installation all basic tests seams to be ok.
All these command return correct responses:
smbclient -L localhost -N
smbclient //localhost/netlogon -U Administrator -c 'ls'

Hi all samba coders. Glad to see that you work to improve samba.
Here is a problem I would be very greatful if you could solve.
Certain international characters does not work as usernames when trying to log
in to an NT4 file server. My problem is that in Swedish versions of NT the

Xen pci passthru problems with kernel -164.6.1

missing foreign key fields in scaffold views
Is there any reason that foreign key fields do not show in any of the
scaffold views ?
project table:
id serial primary key,
category_id integer,
user_id integer,
name varchar,
morestuff varchar
foreign key (category_id) references categories(id),

scaffold generated views only show name, morestuff fields

Howto join Samba-3.0.2a server to a ldapv3
Hi all I really need some help here!
All howtos seams to handle thing if one is going to install everything on one
single computer.
I've a fully functioning empty ldav3 Slackware server with openldap-2.1.25,
Berkeley DB-4.2 ,mit krb5, cyrus-sasl, openssl. Everything seams to work fine.

graphing with plot(x) seams to work for a small length(x), when length(x) is too large it seams to clutter the display, a solution would be to display subsets of x at a time, yet a better way which I hope R supports is to place a sliding bar on the display window to control length(x) and thus the resolution, which will involve auto scaling the y axis as well as automatically

Draggables to each Droppables.

Upgrade of Centos 4.1 with 4.2 ISO disc
Can I upgrade my Centos 4.1 system with the 4.2 ISO install disc?
If so, how do I do it? It seams to want to do a full (i.e. format, wipe out old)
install over everything. I do not want to lose my various configurations
(e.g. kppp, kde desktop settings, etc) that I have already set up under
4.1.

3 x TDM400P in one PC ??
Hi Folks,
Does anybody have experiences with plugging 3 TDM400P cards in one PC??
I think about a Asterisk box handling 8 incoming analogue lines and providing
4 lines to an old analogue PBX.
I read a lot about trouble with the TDM400P cards so this idea seams to be not
really god, or?
