It appears that when running Dovecot as a proxy-only box with "login_process_per_connection = no", it ignores the value of login_max_logging_users. Looks like the new mountpoint_get code broke the quota plugin. When using maildir++ quotas, if you delete an IMAP folder, the maildirsize file should get updated so that it subtracts the size of the messages that were contained in the deleted IMAP folder.
