Problem downloading mail with "large" attachment using Thunderbird....
We have a user that is using Thunderbird on Windows to read mail over IMAP and it works ok, except for downloading mail with "large" attachment.. When opening a mail with a attachment with a size of 14-15MB, TB downloads the attachment seemingly ok, but TB stops when reaching 99%. After TB has stopped, if the user tries to select another mail, TB just hangs and it has to be closed and

Upgrading Dovecot v1.0.10 -> v2.0.9
Hi all, OK, I admit it. I've seriously neglected our Dovecot installation. I installed version 1.0.10 in Jan 2008, and it has been a great workhorse since then. It has run like a champ, so it was ignored due to higher priority projects. But now it is time to get current with Dovecot, and I really need your help. We are using the mbox mailbox format. First so I want to upgrade to

#include not working with *1.0.9
We are running * V1.0.9 on a demo box. We have set up everything in our dialplan and we have a directory where we store individual extension settings. That directory is called "extensions-phones.d" and it contains a number of .conf files. In my extensions.conf file I have put a #include "extensions-phones.d/*.conf" in my [globals] context If we reload and restart *, and

meetme conference latency degrades...
We have recently started making more frequent use of the meetme conference of our * system. We are using v1.0.8 with a 2.6.11 kernel on our system. We generally have 4 callers in it: two with the gsm codec and 2 with g729. Initially, the conference works fine and there is little latency. After about 15min., though, the latency is very noticable and by 25min it's unbearable. If we all leave

TE411P and TE406P stability
I am getting ready to purchase my first Digium card to start experimenting with Asterisk. Before I make my purchase, I wanted to make sure I'm not going to have issues with these cards (need to see what the specs are on my box, 5V or 3.3V PCI ). I will be using Asterisk @ Home, so will be Asterisk v1.0.9. I took a quick poke at the lists, and it appears several people have been having
