[Semi-OT] How to minimize transaction fees in escrow like environment
I am currently developing an application in which two users exchange
goods and money in an escrow like environment.
Buyer has some money and wants an item that Seller has. Buyer does not
want to pay Seller until Seller ships the item.
I am unsure of how to best handle the payment part of my application.
Buyer''s money eventually has to end up at Seller and my company would

Send parameter along with method in before_filter
Hello list,
I have an app that has a very simple authorization scheme. A person can have
many roles and roles can have many people.
In my app, I''d like to do
before_filter :login_required (since no role name is provided, it accepts
any users with credentials)
before_filter :login_required ("administrator") (only accepts those with
role administrator)

Managing a lopsided has_and_belongs_to_many relationship
I''ve got a fixed list of several thousand Things, and a User base that
may grow to who knows how big (we can only hope ,right?) Users have and
belong to many Things. I want to display a list of top Things, based on
how many users each has. Things with 0 users are not displayed.
Two questions. First, I expect the density of the relatioships to focus
on a small percentage of the

User model inherit Seller model or vice versa?
So all Sellers are Users, Users can be Sellers in this marketplace model.
Should Seller be on top and inherit to User or the other way round?
I found it weird when doing a Session login, I've to call *Seller.has_sold?* even
though all they are all Users to begin with, but I can't call
*User.has_sold?* since the method is not in User.rb.

The Number One Success System Gifting

is a party who acts as an intermediary between sellers and buyers of real
estate and attempts to find sellers who wish to sell and buyers who wish to
buy. In the United States, the relationship was originally established by
reference to the English common law of agency with the broker having a
fiduciary relationship with his clients. Estate agent is the term used in

Wireless Made Easy (for Home Desktops)
For those of you who use a wireless router and may work on one or two
(or even several) machines in your computer room, an AP Client is a
nice solution. When you move to another machine you can just move the
wireless net adapter to the new machine and you're up and running on
the network immediately. I've been using a D-Link G730AP for a while
-- but it's not really made for this --

Azure Centos Images
Hello,
I was wondering if there is any plan to support an official image for the
Microsoft Azure cloud platform? Currently there is a third party publisher
"OpenLogic" providing an Centos image but I don't know who they are. Redhat
is providing a RHEL 7.3 template and Canonical is providing Ubuntu.
I see that a comprehensive set of AMI's are maintained for Amazon Web
services.

I have found a:
HPE 873830-S01 ProLiant MicroServer Gen10
for <$300 without drives.? If I can believe the seller, it has a AMD
Opteron X3216 Dual-core (2 Core) 1.6GHz and 8GB Installed.
It has 4 3.5" bays. and 1? "Media" bay?
