Hi This happens when email is copied/moved from the inbox to another folder on the same imap account. The mail client goes into a loop with the below errors logged. This is on a 64bit Linux machine using the Maildir storage format. Hi Timo, Just a quick check, may I know if the following output of idxview is normal? (see bottom of e-mail) I am running dovecot-1.0.3 on a Solaris 10 SPARC box. Deleting dovecot.index.cache does not seem to help for this user; it keeps getting regenerated with these same lines. I seems that I have to set mmap_disable=yes on this box to have a "clean-looking" dovecot.index.cache.
