Antispam folder names
Is there anywhere a collection of folder names for the antispam_trash
and antispam_spam configuration?
Our problem is that in academia, you have a vast amount of different
clients, and some, like Microsoft, use language-specific folder names
*on the server*. So we're now collecting folder names to better handle
the rare cases.
Two more problems:
1. We needed to fix UTF-8 handling in the

per-mailbox message limits
This is something Timo hacked up for me a few years ago and I realised
should be on the list in case anyone else wants them.
The following patches will limit maildir folders to 4000 messages on
Dovecot 2.0.* and 2.1.*
The Specfile patch is against the Cityfan Redhat EL5 SRPM but is likely
to work on most build platforms
Changing the message limit requires a recompile. It's brutal and

[PATCH 0/5] fix gcc warnings in CVS HEAD
Hi,
I have rewritten the patches I submitted earlier today for the CVS
HEAD. Some of the changes were already committed months ago.

Panic
(I'm not subscribed, please keep me CC'd)
Hi,
since a few months I'm experiencing repeated dovecot crashes. I mostly
see them in the logs, I haven't had any users complain, so I haven't
looked closely until now. I was originally using an older version fro
mDebian and hoped that a newer future version would already fix this,
but I just upgraded to version 1:2.2.32-2 from

Segmentation fault with doveadm search
Hi,
We have a Ubuntu 14.04 server with dovecot 2.2.9
If I try to run
/usr/bin/doveadm search -u email at exmaple.com mailbox Junk savedbefore 30d
It will dump a core file.
We have a similar config on an other server and there is no problem there.
Any ideas how to prevent the core dump?

1.0 beta1 released
As promised, here it is finally.
v1.0 is getting nearer and I want people to start looking at Dovecot's
sources. Getting some more help with development would be nice, but I'd
also like to hear if there are any hidden bugs in the code. So, one week
from now I'll start offering 1000 EUR for the first person to point out
a remotely exploitable security hole in Dovecot. See

Vim-R-plugin (new version)
Dear R users,
The author of Tinn-R (Jose Claudio Faria) now is co-author of
Vim-R-plugin2, a plugin that makes it possible to send commands
from the Vim text editor to R. We added many new key bindings,
restructured the menu and created new Tool Bar buttons. The new
version is available at:
http://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=2628
NOTES:
