[PATCH] harden parent-child check in sshbuf.c
This simple additional check hardens sshbuf against linking an
sshbuf into itself as parent/child pair, which could lead to ref
counting issues.
Purely defensive measure. I am not aware that this could happen
somehwere in the code by now.
Okay?

[PATCH 1/3] Add private key protection information extraction to ssh-keygen
Add private key protection information extraction to shh-keygen using -v
option on top of -y option which is already parsing the private key.
Technically, the passphrase isn't necessary to do this, but it is the
most logical thing to do for me.
Adding this to -l option is not appropriate because fingerprinting is
using the .pub file when available.
An other idea is to add a new option, I

[PATCH 1/1] Add support for ZSTD compression
From: Sebastian Andrzej Siewior <sebastian at breakpoint.cc>
The "zstd at breakpoint.cc" compression algorithm enables ZSTD based
compression as defined in RFC8478. The compression is delayed until the
server sends the SSH_MSG_USERAUTH_SUCCESS which is the same time as with
the "zlib at openssh.com" method.

Asterisk Manager: equivalent of 'show channels'?
I'm interested in knowing if anyone else has worked around this issue:
I have an application that needs to check the status of the calls going
through Asterisk about every 5 seconds or so. I don't want to do
"asterisk -rx 'show channels verbose'" at the Linux command line 12
times per minute so I am looking at the AMI. I see that there isn't a
manager command

Canonical representation for empty lists in debug info metadata
While checking for serialization/deserialization without using pointee
types, I've come across a few test cases that crash at head, without my
debugging assertions for accessing pointee types.
One of them is test/Transforms/StripSymbols/2010-06-30-StripDebug.ll
Its retainedTypes metadata points to a metadata array of a single null
element.
This crashes the dyn_cast (because it's not a

Looks like the canonical source is here:

Right. Hmm. The painful thing will be transitioning the existing
package, as it would obviously break

Detecting tones
Hello folks,
I'm interested in detecting tones on specific frequencies with
specific timing; for example, I'd like Asterisk to dial out and when
the channel starts/call connects, listen for a 1200Hz tone that plays
for 100ms.
Is this doable with Asterisk using something already extant? After
looking through documentation, mailing lists, and some of the source I
had the idea that I might

OpenSSH Certificate Extensions
Hello:
I am working to implement certificate-based authentication for some
internal applications. It would be very helpful to be able to pass
information server-side by specifying some custom options via the
Extensions of the signed certificate, allowing the authenticity of the
options to be verified readily. However, I have not been able to find too
much for specifying behaviors, etc.

a little note on sshbuf_reset()
Hello!
I have a minor observation about code in sshbuf.c, not sure if it would be
useful, but here it is.
sshbuf_reset() is currently implemented like this:
void
sshbuf_reset(struct sshbuf *buf)
{
u_char *d;
if (buf->readonly || buf->refcount > 1) {
/* Nonsensical. Just make buffer appear empty */
buf->off = buf->size;
return;
}
if (sshbuf_check_sanity(buf) != 0)
