insert and count missing data
Hi R-users, I have missing data for the month. My question is how do I insert the missing month and fill up the cell with 'na' for the rain amount?  Then I would like to count the percentage of missing data. No     Year     month rain 1398 1985    10 104.2 1399 1985    11 138.0 1400 1985    12 120.4 1401 1986     1  12.6 1402 1986     2  19.4 1403 1986     3   1.0 1404 1986     4  58.8

Many rails sites are going slow lately?
Has anyone else noticed that a lot of rails powered sites (eg, typo blogs, http://dev.rubyonrails.org/, etc) have been taking a long time to render pages or are not resolving at all? What is causing this? Is it related to DOS attacks, poor programming, etc? -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/.

app_voicemail2 became a bit silent, lately...
Hi, after cvs upgrading my * installation yesterday, the prompts in both VoiceMail2 and VoiceMailMain2 have become silent. All I get is the initial "blip" followed by the Voice taking breath and being cut off before she has a chance to say "Comedian Mail". All other prompts (ie the Playback application) seem to work fine. I can still login to VoiceMailMain2, however, each

one touch recording not working lately in asterisk
Hi. Has anyone else seen the problem I am having where one touch recording causes a seg fault? I filed a bug, however I would like to know if anyone else has seen this and if there is a work around unless no one uses this very nice feature. Thanks much for any ideas on this subject. -- Your life is like a penny. You're going to lose it. The question is: How do you spend it?

anyone else noticed webalizer (or dns throughput in general) to be a lot slower lately?
my nightly webalizer runs have gone from about 2 hours to over 8 hours. this change happened sometime after november. webalizer hasn't changed in years, but bind was updated in january, so i am thinking that is the likely culprit. has anyone else noticed a similar slowdown? i am going to dig through my logs to see if i can spot the day that things slowed down.
