com32 compatibility between syslinux 3-4
Hi Everyone, This question might be a long shot, but is it possible to mix and match com32 programs written against Syslinux 3 with com32 programs written against Syslinux 4 without recompiling. We are trying to have our com32 programs run with different versions of Syslinux without modification. Appreciate any advice, thanks in advance.

how to get row name using the which function
Dear All, Probably a very basic question, but can't seem to work my way around it. I want to which row has the maximum value. But what if the row names do not correspond with the row numbers. In the example below, you'll see that the max of example is row 4, but the name of row 4 is "9". How do I get R to return "9" as value, instead of 4. example <-

bootsplash: splash=silent always boots as splash=verbose
Hi there, I am trying to migrate from using syslinux with the gfxboot patch to using vesamenu.c32 which is a much simpler solution for my needs. The only problem I am having is that when I attempt to use the "splash=silent" kernel parameter it always boots as though I had entered "splash=verbose". By which I mean that the vga mode is correct, and the verbose graphics are

Calling Samba print server with an aliased DNS-name fails with Samba 3.2.7 but worked with 3.0.30.
Hi. Tonight, I upgraded our Samba print server running Samba 3.0.30 to Samba 3.2.7. This netbios name of this server is 'EUPRYMNA' and the DNS-name 'euprymna.falw.vu.nl'. Since this is a difficult name to remember, we created a DNS-alias 'printserver.falw.vu.nl'. Connecting to printers by calling the server by it's DNS-alias worked in 3.0.30. After the upgrade

[LLVMdev] Unit testing with random input using JIT
If you know the prototype of f, you can just use getPointerToFunction and cast the result: // Let F be an llvm::Function* referring to 'f'. void (*f)(int*) = (void (*)(int*))JIT->getPointerToFunction(F); int a; f(&a); // read a I haven't compiled this, it's a guess at the usage from memory. Could you file a bug report about this (bugs.llvm.org <http://bugs.llvm.org/>)? If you don't have an account on bugzilla, I'd be happy to file one for you. Please provide exact instructions to reproduce the issue including any compilation flags. thanks, vedant > On May 7, 2018, at 9:16 AM, Son Tuan VU <sontuan.vu119 at gmail.com> wrote: > > Hello, > > Has

Debugify and Verify-each mode
Hi Vedant, I have tried to implement the fix you proposed, but it didn't work as expected. I created a new *Module* Pass Manager (not Function Pass Manager) and override the *add()* method like this: class DebugifyEachPassManager : public legacy::PassManager { public: void add(Pass *P) override { PassManager::add(createDebugifyPass()); PassManager::add(P);

I think I can make this debugify-each mode, but I guess this is reserved for your GSoC project ? No, there's no reserved work. If you'd like to work on this I encourage you to do so. There's plenty of other work slated for the GSoC project.

Hi Reid, If an argument is a pointer and the function changes the value it pointed to, do you know how to get that updated value after executing the wrapper function? Thanks. Ok, now I think I've found a bug: Consider this C code: void bar(int b) { int a[10]; memset(a, b, 10); } which generates this IR code: define dso_local void @bar(i32 %b) #0 { entry: %b.addr = alloca i32, align 4 %a = alloca [10 x i32], align 16 store i32 %b, i32* %b.addr, align 4 %arraydecay = getelementptr inbounds [10 x i32], [10 x i32]* %a, i64 0, i64 0 %0 = bitcast i32*
