I ran 'netstat -plaunt | egrep "ntp|bind|named|samba|?mbd"', I have :::3268, :::3269, I do not see 0.0.0.0:3268 and 0.0.0.03269. Not sure what Bitlocker integration you are referring to. Saving bitlocker recovery keys does work for me with schema version 47.
