Supermicro SAS/SATA controllers?
The standard controller that has been recommended in the past is the
AOC-SAT2-MV8 - an 8 port with a marvel chipset. There have been several
mentions of LSI based controllers on the mailing lists and I''m wondering
about them.
One obvious difference is that the Marvel contoller is PCI-X and the LSI
controllers are PCI-E.
Supermicro have several LSI controllers. AOC-USASLP-L8i with the

Hi,
Has onyone heard of successful deployment of 3Com ToIP over IBM iSeries
system (formely AS/400) ?
A prospective customer seems to looking for this but, in my whole life, I've
never of a such setup.
Does it work ?

routing?
Hello RoR Developers
I want to create parameter in routes.rb which is wanted to be used in
javascript code in view page. there is select object in my view page and
this parameter will get value from select object however that my select
object is not in form.
how can I create parameter in routes.rb and equals to option value.

acard 865 corruption issues
Hi Andre, ext3 folk,
It would be really great if you could help me out here, I'm not sure if
this is a hardware issue, a driver issue, an ext3 issue or some
combination of them...
I have a KT133A motherboard with an on-board promise controller, and an
ACARD ATP865 in a PCI slot. I'm running 2.4.19-ac4 with the lvm 1.0.5
patches.
The acard has two drives, hde and hdg attached to it, both

OT: cisco voip vulnerability

zdb -C shows an shift value on each vdev in my pool, I was just wondering if
it is vdev specific, or pool wide. Google didn''t seem to know.
I''m considering a mixed pool with some "advanced format" (4KB sector)
