Possible regression in 3.83
Hey all, I recently updated to syslinux 3.83, I am getting machines rebooting or locking after loading PC DOS. Most notably with Hitachi's Disk Fitness Test (http://www.hitachigst.com/hdd/support/download.htm#DFT) Version 4.16. At first it was a trickle, and now it seems I am having the issue with more hardware. I downgraded to syslinux 3.81, and everything is happy again. The Current

Syslinux on USB not seeing any files
I've got a bootable USB pendrive with Syslinux 3.72, and while it usually works, there are a few computers, where I get the syslinux prompt, but it neither loads the configuration file, nor I'm able to boot anything. The only message I get on screen (apart from boot:) is "Could not find kernel image: linux". The configuration (and kernels) are in syslinux directory, but even

dev.new() within a loop
Hello, I have a loop where I iterate performance data files within a folder, parse and plot them in one shot (see below). However, when executing plot_raw which invokes dev.new(..) all windows come out blank whereas if I execute each file outside of a loop then I can see the plots properly. What's wrong here? Thanks in advance, Best regards, Giovanni # given a directory name, it will

Dear All I have a PCBSD machine with /media shared using samba. Any microsoft clients can successfully connect to /media and browse directories I have created there. When I plug in a usb device, I mount it into /media eg: one labelled "PENDRIVE" becomes /media/PENDRIVE Some clients can successfully read /media/PENDRIVE, others cannot.
