[PATCH 06/12] nouveau: fix function cast warning
From: Arnd Bergmann <arnd at arndb.de>
Calling a function through an incompatible pointer type causes breaks
kcfi, so clang warns about the assignment:
drivers/gpu/drm/nouveau/nvkm/subdev/bios/shadowof.c:73:10: error: cast from 'void (*)(const void *)' to 'void (*)(void *)' converts to incompatible function type [-Werror,-Wcast-function-type-strict]

Error in eval(expr, envir, enclos) : object 'N' not found
I'm running an LSODA to generate some graphs, but I need to stop at a certain
point and use those values to generate another LSODA output. This is
working fine, but when I try to run the second LSODA, I get the "Error in
eval(expr, envir, enclos) : object 'N' not found". Any ideas what can be
causing this? I have no object 'N' anywhere in the script. I made an

replace -Wextra with -W
The attached small configury patch replaces -Wextra with -W in the
main CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS assignments. A few lines after them, -Wextra
is conditionally added already with XIPH_ADD_CFLAGS([-Wextra]), so
this allows build using older compilers.
Regards.

Wextra in configury
flac configury does a XIPH_ADD_CFLAGS([-Wextra]) around line 426,
however it unconditionally adds -Wextra some lines before that too.
The attached patch removes that unconditional addition of -Wextra
which (i) removes duplicate addition, and (ii) allows older gcc
versions to compile the tree peacefully. Please consider applying.

[PATCH 00/38] VFS: Convert trivial filesystems and more
Hi Al,
Here's a set of patches that:
(1) Provides a convenience member in struct fs_context that is OR'd into
sb->s_iflags by sget_fc().
(2) Provides a convenience vfs_init_pseudo_fs_context() helper function
for doing most of the work in mounting a pseudo filesystem.
(3) Converts all the trivial filesystems that have no arguments to
fs_context.

[RFC PATCH 00/68] VFS: Convert a bunch of filesystems to the new mount API
Hi Al,
Here's a set of patches that converts a bunch (but not yet all!) to the new
mount API. To this end, it makes the following changes:
(1) Provides a convenience member in struct fs_context that is OR'd into
sb->s_iflags by sget_fc().
(2) Provides a convenience helper function, vfs_init_pseudo_fs_context(),
for doing most of the work in mounting a pseudo filesystem.
