[PATCH 2/2] drm/nouveau/kms: Add INHERIT ioctl to nvkm/nvif for reading IOR state
Now that we're supporting things like Ada and the GSP, there's situations
where we really need to actually know the display state that we're starting
with when loading the driver in order to prevent breaking GSP expectations.
The first step in doing this is making it so that we can read the current
state of IORs from nvkm in DRM, so that we can fill in said into into the
atomic state.

[PATCH] drm/nouveau: dispnv50: fix missing-prototypes warning
From: Arnd Bergmann <arnd at arndb.de>
nv50_display_create() is declared in another header, along with
a couple of declarations that are now outdated:
drivers/gpu/drm/nouveau/dispnv50/disp.c:2517:1: error: no previous prototype for 'nv50_display_create'

[PATCH 3/3] drm/nouveau/kms/nv50-: include n50_display.h for nv50_display_create
Include n50_display.h for the definition of nv50_display_create to
fix the warning (and remove the now non-exported definitions in the
n50_display.h to allow the code to build):
drivers/gpu/drm/nouveau/dispnv50/disp.c:2297:1: warning: symbol 'nv50_display_create' was not declared. Should it be static?

[PATCH v2 1/5] drm/nouveau/kms/nv50-: Initialize core channel in nouveau_display_create()
We'll need the core channel initialized and ready by the time that we
start creating modesetting objects, so that we can call the
NV507D_GET_CAPABILITIES method to make the hardware expose it's
modesetting capabilities for later probing.
So, when loading the driver prepare the core channel from within
nouveau_display_create(). Everywhere else, we initialize the core
channel during resume.

[PATCH] drm/nouveau: allow cursor image and position to survive suspend
- This isn't triggered yet on a normal kernel, because it still does a VT
switch, but it seemed like a good idea to fix this now.

[PATCH v2 25/27] drm/dp_mst: Add basic topology reprobing when resuming
Finally! For a very long time, our MST helpers have had one very
annoying issue: They don't know how to reprobe the topology state when
coming out of suspend. This means that if a user has a machine connected
to an MST topology and decides to suspend their machine, we lose all
topology changes that happened during that period. That can be a big
problem if the machine was connected to a

[RFC v5 01/10] drm/vblank: Register drmm cleanup action once per drm_vblank_crtc
Since we'll be allocating resources for kthread_create_worker() in the
next commit (which could fail and require us to clean up the mess),
let's simplify the cleanup process a bit by registering a
drm_vblank_init_release() action for each drm_vblank_crtc so they're
still cleaned up if we fail to initialize one of them.
Changes since v3:

[RFC v7 03/11] drm/vblank: Add vblank works
Add some kind of vblank workers. The interface is similar to regular
delayed works, and is mostly based off kthread_work. It allows for
scheduling delayed works that execute once a particular vblank sequence
has passed. It also allows for accurate flushing of scheduled vblank
works - in that flushing waits for both the vblank sequence and job
execution to complete, or for the work to get cancelled

RE: Badness in softirq.c / no modules loaded / relatedtonetwork interface
Hello all !
I get the same effect when mounting nfs-exported
directories from dom0 in domU.
Every mount/umount/showmount command in domU
produces the message in the dom0 syslog.
I run 2.0.6 compiled from source, with 2.6 dom0
and 2.4 domU on a P4 HT 3.2Ghz.
Perhaps this helps to track the problem down.
Greetings,
Martin

[PATCH] drm/nouveau: use drm debug levels
- Use driver level (0x2) for NV_DEBUG instead of all levels
- Create a NV_DEBUG_KMS for KMS level (04) and use them in modesetting code
- Remove a few odd NV_TRACE calls and replace with NV_DEBUG_KMS
