Problem with NTLM
Hi all;
We have Squid 2.5.STABLE7running with 30 ntlm_auth helpers Version
3.0.10-1.fc3. The problem is that on the squid?s cachemgr.cgi->NTLM User
Authenticator Stats is possible to verify that the ntlm_auth processes
are slowly having the flag R (Reserved or Deferred) set and never being
used again (the number of requests stops). This problem goes until there
is no more ntlm_auth

nfs-alpha feedback
I ran the same dd tests from KnowYourNFSAlpha-1.pdf and performance is
inconsistent and causes the server to become unresponsive.
My server freezes every time when I run the following command:
dd if=/dev/zero of=garb bs=256k count=64000
I would also like to mount a path like: /volume/some/random/dir
# mount host:/gluster/tmp /mnt/test
mount: host:/gluster/tmp failed, reason given by server: No

setting gfid on .trashcan/... failed - total outage
Hello,
recently we had two times a partial gluster outage followed by a total
outage of all four nodes. Looking into the gluster mailing list i found
a very similar case in
http://lists.gluster.org/pipermail/gluster-users/2016-June/027124.html
but i'm not sure if this issue is fixed...
even this outage happened on glusterfs 3.7.18 which gets no more updates
since ~.20 i would kindly ask

node crashing on 4 replicated-distributed cluster
Hi,
I've got troubles after few minutes of glusterfs operations.
I setup a 4-node replica 4 storage, with 2 bricks on every server:

Moving to 3.0.1
We had 3.0.0 working nicely under OpenBSD 3.1. However, when we jumped to
OpenBSD 3.4 a few weeks ago, we thought we would also move to 3.0.1. I
get the same problems with 3.0.2rc2.
There are 3 problems that appear to be BSD configuration issues, at least
1 of which has been raised before in an email on the technical list but
seems to have reappeared. These are

Darwin Install
I am a Mac OS X.2 user and I'm not completely familiar with Darwin Unix
but I have come upon a need to install Samba 3.0.4 on a PPC G4. I Have
an install manual that came with Apple Developers package and I
followed the directions. The manual told me to run this command:
./configure --with-syslog --prefix=/etc/samba \
--bindir=/usr/bin --sbindir=/usr/sbin --libdir=/etc/samba

Compilation with Kerberos problem
I'm trying to compile Samba 3.0.4 with Active Directory support on
OpenBSD 3.5, using the native Kerberos libraries (which happens to be
Heimdal 0.6). Unfortunately, ./configure isn't working right. If anyone
can help me figure out what the problem is, i would appreciate it.
First a bit of info on OpenBSD's Kerberos path layout, in case it
matters:
