Dom0 issues: snv_79b and Tecra M9
Hi all,
I have a Toshiba Tecra M9 and have not been able to boot it dom0. This
is running SXDE 01/08, snv79b.
After booting under kmdb and setting moddebug=80000000 before booting
the Solaris kernel (with help from Dan Mick), I was able to see
mac_ether as the last thing loading, right after loading the e1000g
driver. I cannot drop into kmdb via F1-A after it hangs. I''ve also

Thank you, Michael!
Unfortunately, it may not help sufficiently notably once this

Unexpected argument-matching when some are missing
But the main point is where arguments are mixed together:
> debugonce(plot.default)
> plot(x=1:10, y=, 'l')
...
Browse[2]> missing(y)
[1] FALSE
Browse[2]> y
[1] "l"
Browse[2]> type
[1] "p"
I think that's what I fall over mostly: that named, empty arguments behave entirely different from omitting them (", ,")
And I definitely agree we need

zpool export consumes whole CPU and takes more than 30 minutes to complete
Hi.
T2000 1.2GHz 8-core, 32GB RAM, S10U3, zil_disable=1.
Command ''zpool export f3-2'' is hung for 30 minutes now and still is going.
Nothing else is running on the server. I can see one CPU being 100% in SYS like:

R.dll
Hi,
Is there any docs on R.dll? Or is it "use the source Luke" time? (The NT
0.63.1) Can anyone give me pointers on where to look? I am trying to wrap it
under a GUI. The bdr release has examples, but it seems to be limited in
scope.
Has anyone compiled R under VC++. I see that the older version has been
compiled under VC++ at some point. Is this best place to start to see how to

Zpool Import Hanging
Hi All,
I believe this has been asked before, but I wasn?t able to find too much
information about the subject. Long story short, I was moving data around on
a storage zpool of mine and a zfs destroy <filesystem> hung (or so I
thought). This pool had dedup turned on at times while imported as well;
it?s running on a Nexenta Core 3.0.1 box (snv_134f).
The first time the machine was

Idling at 0.2% processor for nearly the past 24 hours... feels very stuck. Thoughts on how to determine where and why?

Query on Initramfs' and Initrd's coexistence

I am trying to have a built in initramfs along with the traditional initrd.
So I mount the initrd from the initramfs, but am facing problems in trying
to run the 'linuxrc'.
Following are the issues:
1. I mount the initrd from the initramfs and exceve 'linuxrc'.
It starts executing linuxrc, but gives the following errors and panics:
