Hi, I want to connect to my server, run screen as root and then let another person log in a root also and let him run screen and attach to mine so he can "see" what im doing on the server. Hello All, I just discovered that the last I unfortunately I send only to Louis - not the list. So below are my answers included (and log outputs that were requested). Never the less in meantime I have investigated further into SAMBA & winbind. I was able to setup samba dc based on previous instructions and guidelines successfully. I additionally setup a debian samba member with winbind.

If so, how do you configure the up2date client that comes with CentOS to look at the local yum mirror? Conversely, how do you disable the CentOS Network Alert Notification Tool so that users won't see the "throbbing red circle" and be tempted to launch the up2date client? Thanks, Alfred
