Save item to DB x times (howto)?
Hi All,
I have a pretty simple question. I have a view that offers the user the
following:
1. A text field to enter in a passphrase
2. Another text field to define how many times that phrase is written
to the DB
It probably doesn''t make sense for it to be written to the DB x times, but
this is the first step in a process and the passphrase will become unique.

[CIFS] mount error(13): Permission denied
This is from
mount <mountpoint>
on openSUSE 13.1m3 running 3.10.1 desktop kernel. The mountpoint and fstab
entries are identical and working in openSUSE 12.3 on same system. I just
spent several hours on IRC and elsewhere trying to figure this out before
thinking to try booting something other than 13.1. :-(
Fstab entry (redacted):

I set it up thru the graphical printer configuration utility.

string interpolation - #{} vs. single vs. double quotes
Could someone point me to documentation that provides a succinct and accurate description of the difference between interpolation using #{}, single quotes, and double quotes ?
I imagine there''s a set of precedence rules that govern behavior if/when they''re mixed. I''d like to get clear on this.
Thanks,
Bill

Cannot log in to IMAP server and logs are unclear as to why
Hi!
I tried with your config and I got:
Jun 05 08:43:30 auth-worker(11465): Error: passwd-file /etc/dovecot/users: User test at test.com is missing userdb info
This is because your line is missing sufficient amount of colons, try changing

BDS test - results unclear to me
Hello,
I would like to use the BDS test from the tseries package, but there is
something I don't understand in the results of the test. Let's say, I
want the BDS values for an embedding dimension equal to 2 :
> bds.test(c, m = 2, eps = seq(0.5 * sd(c), 2 * sd(c), length =
4),trace=FALSE);
Here are the outputs:
data: c
Embedding dimension = 2
Epsilon for close points = 0.0097
