Firewalling multiple FreeSwan connections
Hi all!
I have got a vpn connection set up using FreeSwan and shorewall.
Everything works fine but I want to add another subnet to the whole. This
means that 1 box will get two net-to-net connections.
I want to limit the services on one subnet however. Cuurently I have
defined a vpn zone for the current connection and allow all vpn<->loc
traffic.
How would I go about in tightening the

Aggregate?
Hi All,
I think i'm failing to undersatnd how aggregate() is supposed to work.
example:
test1<-sample(c(0,1),100,replace=T)
test2<-sample(letters,100,replace=T)
aggregate(test1,list(test2),sum)
Error in data.frame(w, lapply(y, unlist, use.names = FALSE)) :
arguments imply differing number of rows: 26, 0
I thought this would give me a list containing the number of ones that

Shorewall 1.4.6b
This is a bug-fix roll-up.
Problems corrected since 1.4.6:
1) Corrected problem in 1.4.6 where the MANGLE_ENABLED variable was
being tested before it was set.
2) Corrected handling of MAC addresses in the SOURCE column of the
tcrules file. Previously, these addresses resulted in an invalid
iptables command.
3) The "shorewall stop" command is now disabled when

Is there interest in ipp2p support in Shorewall? While the ipp2p code is
not part of the standard kernel.org distributions, my experience is that
it is very easy to install and I would be willing to provide support for
it if there is interest.
See http://rnvs.informatik.uni-leipzig.de/ipp2p/index_en.html for
information about ipp2p.

Strong Password Enforcement (Windows-side)
Before I begin, big thanks to John Terpstra for helping me out with my
previous issues.
But alas I have another issue, I need to enforce strong passwords on
windows side (i.e. ctrl+alt+delete change password), minimum password
length, can't be dictionary words, etc. etc.
(Setup is Samba 3.0.0 as PDC with LDAP passdb)

New Job
I have been asked to assume the role of Architect for a large project here
at HP and I have accepted. While this is an important step forward for my
career, it is a step backward for Shorewall in as much as the time that I
will be able to devote to Shorewall in the foreseeable future will be be
very limited.
So while I will attempt to keep on top of problems, Shorewall 2.0 will
have to be put

SPA-2000 Dropped calls
Been having a problem with my two Sipura 2000's dropping calls from the
SPA-2000 side. Seems the calls are dropped right before the "Next
Registration" time. Calls drop about ever 60 minutes or so. I have
dialed from one port to the other and let it sit. After about 60 minutes
or so the calls get dropped.

having context [payasyougo] which is used to do outbound calls. we want to
use this user's context and account so that when we register

I need to authenticate Active Directory users in Solaris. I wrote a program

When I use the following code, the user is sucessfully authenticated:

Problem With Android Configuration
Yes. The problem is lollipop. I tried to install tinc on my brother's
device which mount a cyano 10.1( android 4.2.2) and it works.
I don't understand which is the problem with lollipop. Is there a firewall
that block the packets?

If you are running Lollipop / Android 5.x on your Nexus 5, then you are
probably seeing the same issue I was with it. lollipop seems to change
