symantec treating R-devel r73003 for Windows as malware
Hallo Martin The result is the same. The R exe file is downloaded with some note about possible danger. When I try to run it, it is inspected and deleted from its location. Symantec message is enclosed. Our IT said it has something to do with installer type, but it is beyond my expertise. Dear all I used to transfer data from excel to R by simple ctrl-c and read.delim("clipboard") construction. I know it is a bad practice but it is easy and for quick exploratory work it is OK. I changed your data to groupedData object (see below), but I did not find any problem in it. plot(wlg) gives reasonable picture and I am not such expert to see any problem with data. Hi Well, yes I tried it about two weeks ago but my post did not get through as it still awaits moderator approval. I could check which column is offending but actually it is only minor nuisance, I can live with selection of columns before fitting a model. What seems to me strange is that both full dataset and only selected colums gave me identical fit results but only one works within augPred.

Problem with the fdim package
Hm, I am not an expert in this field but trying to use obviously old package which was removed about 5 years ago from CRAN is asking for problems. There is probably some incompatibility between recent R version and obsolete package. You either 1. need to install/compile R version from 2012 and install/compile this old package for this version. 2. Or you could try to find some similar
